Take the Responsible for Your Success

Take the Responsible for Your Success
“Responsibility’s like a string we can only see the middle of
both ends are out of sight.”
William Mc Fee, Author

As I see it . . . . . . .
Take the responsible for your success

Success is not an overnight thing . . . . and when a successful outcome is your goal it’s your responsible to create it.

At the start of your success journey, it becomes imperative to have a vision for your future.  For what you want to accomplish . . . . and a road map to get to get you to your objectives successfully.

It’s your responsible to take control of your success journey . . . . and to set the gears in motion to create a successful outcome.

You are responsible for the success or failure that you encounter in your life’s journey. You have made the choices . . . . your decisions and your actions to get you to where you are today.

When you want change take the personal responsible for the changes you want to see in your life and for your success.

Just Do It . . . . Do It Now . . . . and Do It With Passion.

Take the responsible for your success . . . .  for the direction that your life takes . . . . and for the results.

A Person is Measured By Their Honesty

A Person is Measured By Their Honesty
“Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom.”
Thomas Jefferson 1743 - 1826, a Foundering Father, Principal
Author of the Declaration of Independence, Third President
 of the United States

As I see it. . . . . . . .

A person is measured by their honesty

People will gravitate to an honest person . . . . and disassociate from those that they don’t trust.

In the business world the customer has many choices.  They have a large selection of people to choose from and to do business with. Customers they will choose the person that best fits their needs.

Customers today want low risk providers. They want someone that they can trust . . . . and they see as being honest. They also want a person to deliver on their promises . . . . and make the business relationship as smooth as possible. Customers also want a successful outcome to their business relationships.

Customers do business by the process of elimination, they will elimination. They will not do business with people or companies . . . . that they consider dishonest or unethical or will not fill full their needs.

The customer wants to do business with a person that honest and with good reputation.

In reality the customer is looking out for their best interest and will select a professional that they feel has their best interest at heart. They want a professional to work with them that they have confidence in and one that they see as being honest and with integrity.

Professional has to differentiate them self from the competition and one of the differentiators is in how people see you.  Be seen as a person that’s sincere, honest . . . . and with integrity and you will differentiate yourself.

A person is measured by their honesty and that measurement will separate you in your professional and you will be seen as someone that can be counted on and to do business with.

Your Vision of Success

Motivational Power Quote

Your Vision of Success
“There is one practice that many of those who accomplished
things will admit they have indulged in, especially
during leaner years. They were able to picture themselves,
vividly as already attained their goals, and they retained
that image in their minds constantly, assuring themselves
again and again until they knew they would succeed.”
Dr. Marcus Bach, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your vision of success

There is a common trait in successful people they have . . . . a clear vision of success in their mind. They also understand what they will have to do to achieve success . . . . before they start their success journey.

They see themselves achieving their goals . . . . and standing in the winner’s circle of success. Their vision becomes their passion and they move forward with the expectations that they will succeed.

Their vision keeps them focused on their goals . . . . and gives them the strength to overcome the obstacles they encounter along the way of their success journey.

Successful people know with clarity that they will achieve their goals. They also know what they will have to do . . . . before they start to ensure a successful outcome.

Your vision of success . . . .  is in your mind and the passion for success is in your heart. They will become your driving force in your career to take you over the finish line of success.

It May Not Work

Motivational Power Quote

It May Not Work
“People who come up with “It may not work” or “What are we going
to do if it fails? Do not have the credentials to be businessman. If this
is only a 1 percent chance of success, a true business person sees
that 1 percent as the spark to light a fire.”
Kim Woo-Choong, South Korean Businessman

As I see it . . . . . . .

It may not work

When you buy into the premise that something will not work . . . . you create a self fulfilling prophecy of it not working.

What you believe to be true in your thinking . . . . becomes true through your actions.

There is no such thing as . . . . as a such thing. And you see this in every aspect of life and in the business world.

When you have the passion and determination in an undertaking . . . . you can drive it home and into a success by the sheer force of your will.

It may not work . . . . is covering your butt before you start a task and creates an easy way out if it doesn’t work. Using it may work also is a sign that your not commitment to successful outcome.

A business professional that’s committed to find a way and to succeed . . . . will find a way. They will become . . . . a successful business professional and move to the forefront of their profession. The person that comes to the table with it may not work . . . . lives with their belief.

Motivational Power Quote

The Powerful Force of a Champion
A wave of enthusiasm is seldom a permanent wave.”
Author, unknown

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The powerful force of a champion

A champion has the strength of character . . . . that will propel them forward, where others seem to be stuck in place. The champion power comes from their unshakable belief . . . . in themselves and their ability to succeed.

The foundation of their inner strength . . . . and power is in their enthusiasm.

They will use their energy to navigate the obstacles that they encounter . . . . and to stay on purpose until they have a successful outcome.

Motivational Power Quote

Positive Activity Makes Things Happen
Good thoughts are no better than good dreams,
unless they be executed.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson 1803 - 1882, American Essayist,
Lecturer, Poet

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Positive activity makes things happen

The very best of thoughts have very little value . . . . until we take positive activity and apply them to make things happen.

Success is in the consistency of purpose  . . . . and the activities to create a successful outcome.

Great dreams and thoughts die in the waste land of unfilled promises. Not because the thoughts or the dreams do not have merit. But they were never acted on.

The biggest break through where accomplished by the people that where told that there idea or dream had no merit or was not achievable. They believed in themselves . . . . and worked with there dreams through the trial and errors until they achieved the break through and fulfilled there dreams.

They did not allow other people to rain on their dreams . . . . they took action and found a way to successfully achieve their dreams.

Positive activity makes things happen, take action on your thoughts and dreams because there is no limit on how far you can take them.

Asking Better Questions Leads to Getting Better Answers

Motivational Power Quote

Asking Better Questions Leads to Getting Better Answers
“Quality questions create a quality life. Successful people
ask better questions, and as a result, they get
better answers.”
Anthony Robbins, Self-help expert

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Asking better questions leads to getting better answers

Asking better questions leads to . . . .  informative conversation and better answers.

Asking better questions is in part of becoming a great conversationalist, as you ask better question . . . . you gather better information and answers.  As you communicate you exchange information and accumulate knowledge.

Asking better questions in a negotiating environment leads to gathering better information to  . . . . effectively and successfully negotiate.

The person with the best information in a negotiating environment is in the power position to negotiate effectively. Put yourself into that position by asking better questions and then acting on that information to achieve a successful outcome.

Asking better questions and put yourself into a power position in your negotiations.

A Goal With Written Plan Gives You Direction

Motivational Power Quote

A Goal With Written Plan Gives You Direction
“Setting a goal is not the main thing. It is deciding how you
will go about achieving it and staying with the plan.”
Tom Landry 1924 - 1997, football coach

As I see it. . . . . . . .

A goal with a written plan gives you direction

The key to effective goal setting is deciding what you want to achieve . . . .  And creating a written plan on how you will achieve your goals.

A Goal with a written plan gives you direction . . . .

A written plan is your success road map . . . . to achieving your goals. You written plan will keep you on track and create the directions to achieve the desired outcome.

Set your goals, create a written plan to achieve your goals and take massive action to create a successful outcome in achieving your goals.

A goal without the written plan to achieve the goals has no direction. Our goals may be in our mind, but we will drift off course without a clear and precise written plan to achieve our goals.

Goals without a written plan have a limited value until you release the power of your goals with a written plan to achieve them.

A goal with a written plan gives your direction . . . . to achieve them. Release the power of your goals with a plan to a successful outcome.

The life You Live is Your Choice

be done, it’s always your choice.”
Dr. Wayne Dyer, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The life you live is your choice

You can choose to belief in yourself and create an environment of personal growth and a life of unlimited possibilities. You can believe that what you achieve will be up to you and a reflection of your efforts and your attitude to create a successful outcome.

An Excuse is an Excuse - Not a Reason

Motivational Power Quote

An Excuse is an Excuse - Not a Reason
“History will never accept difficulties as an excuse.”
John F. Kennedy 1917 - 1963,  35th President of the United States

As I see it. . . . . . . .

An excuse is an excuse - not a reason

An excuse will not resolve a condition or an issue, solve a problem or make a job easier, an excuse compound the situation that you find yourself in. An excuse will make most situations worst. An excuse gives a person permission to fail in advance of their actions.

An excuse is an excuse - not a reason for someone not try.

The person that uses excuses; is buying a one way ticket to procrastinationville the Capital of nothing happens here.

Using excuses results in accomplishing very little except for maybe a headache.

The size of the task at hand and the persons resolve to achieve a successful outcome will reveal the persons true character.

The person that takes on a difficult situation may encounter setback but they will dust themselves off and try again until they succeed. They will not resort to excuses in difficult times they will relay on their actions to speak for them.

Winners make progress; peoples who make excuses are dead in the water and find themselves sinking under the weight of their excuses.

An excuse in not a reason for anything but; failure. An excuse is an excuse – not a reason.

It’s Possible When We Believe It Is

Motivational Power Quote

It’s Possible When We Believe It Is
“Impossible is a word to be found
only in the dictionary of fools.”
Napoleon Bonaparte 1769 -1821, Emperor of French

As I see it. . . . . . . .

It’s possible when we believe it is

What we believe to be possible becomes a possibility first in our thoughts and then that belief becomes a reality through our actions.

Our personal belief system becomes a powerful tool to turn what we once looked at as being impossible into a mission possible. When we the have faith in our self and believe that what we’re facing is possible we have the capacity to achieve a successful outcome.

At we start of any new endeavor look at the situation through the eyes of a positive prism and look for the possibilities.

Impossible is only a word in the dictionary but it not in our vocabulary. We live in a world of possibilities when we believe it is.

Turn what’s impossible into a possibility in your thoughts and make it into a reality in your actions.

What we believe becomes our reality, it’s possible when we believe it is and make the efforts to may it so.

Control Your Emotions When You’re Negotiating

Motivational Power Quote

Control Your Emotions When You’re Negotiating
“You cannot always control what goes on outside.
But you can always control what goes on inside.”
Dr. Wayne Dyer, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Control your emotions when you’re negotiating

Staying in control of your emotions when you’re negotiating is critical element of successful negotiations.

If you lose control of your emotions you lose control of the negotiating process.

Experienced negotiators will use the tactic of attempting to have you lose control of your emotions when they’re negotiating with you. If they become successful and you lose control of your emotions they take the power position and have a distinct advantage in the negotiating process.

They will challenge your personally, your ability and your position in the negotiations to disrupt you. Remain focused on the big picture not the opinion of the other person.

Focus on the issues in the negotiation not the people.

The person that can stay in control of their emotions are in the power position in the negotiations.

Control your emotions when your negotiating and you will increase the potential have having a successful outcome in the negotiations.

Think Plan and Act

Motivational Power Quote

Think Plan and Act
“It is better to sleep on things
before hand than to
lie awake about them afterwards.”
Baltasar Gracian, Spanish Philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Think plan and act.

Taking action without thinking our actions through before we start is recipe for disaster.

Thinking before we act gives us the ability to see the big picture, plan the correct strategies to reach our desired outcome. As a result of thinking and planning we create the peace of mind that we are taking the correct actions to create a successful outcome.

Thinking leads to planning and planning leads to the correct actions.

Think, plan and act is creating a recipe for success.

Turn on Your Personal Energy

Motivational Power Quote

Turn on Your Personal Energy

“A “should” is a “have to”
with no teeth;
it is dead energy.”
Ruth Ross

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Turn on Your Personal Energy.

Turn your mind into your personal power source, the power of positive thinking.

When a “should” enters your thoughts, establish its level of importance and determine if you should turn it into a “have to.” If the “should” is of little value and you feel it is not important, eliminate it from your thinking.

If the “should” turns into a “have to” turn on your energy and take massive action to achieve a successful outcome.

A “should” is a weak thought without teeth, without a plan or without action. If we are not carful we can “should” ourselves to death.

A “have to” energizes our sprit and creates the purpose to achieve it.

Turn on your personal power and achieve your “have to.”
