Push Through Discouragement
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Push through discouragement
There is no success without experiencing discouragements on your success journey, consider your discouragements as the tolls you paid to reach your destination.
Discouragements and obstacles are temporary conditions on our success journey and they are part of life. The key is how we cope with a discouragement when we encounter them.
Don’t blame others for your discouragements take personal responsibility to work through the discouragements and as you do you take control of the conditions and of your life.
The only time discouragement becomes fatal is when you start to blame others for your situation and you stop trying and quit.
Take control and push through your discouragements.

I Hold the Key to My Destiny
As I see it. . . . . . . .
I hold the keys to my destiny
The keys to my destiny are in my hands. The choice is do we put the keys in the ignition and to start the engine of our success journey? Or do we put the keys in our packet and walk away from success? What we choose to do is our choice and our choices determine our destiny.
There is only one person that can start the engine of our success journey and take responsibility to our success, and the person is us. We control our success journey and the outcome.
The success journey may not always be smooth, but we’re behind the wheel and driving the vehicle. We are responabile for the journey and any moment we can adjust the journey to go around the obstacle we encounter.
There are times that we get off course and we will have reset our navigation system to get back on course.
It’s our journey and we hold the keys to make the choices that will determine our destiny.

The Price of Success is Responsibility
As I see it. . . . . . . .
The price of success is responsibility.
Success becomes achievable to the person that takes personal responsibility for their success journey and their life. The person that wants to succeed takes 100% responsibility for their actions to accomplish their goals.
Staying on track may not be easy; but successful people stay focused on their desired outcome.
When things go wrong they don’t blame others, they step up and take the responsibility to find the solutions and get things back on track.
If you want to create a life of success and greatness you have to take the personal responsibility for your life and your results.

We First Have to Conquer Ourselves to Achieve Success
Motivational Power Quote
We First Have to Conquer Ourselves to Achieve Success
“It is not the mountain we conquer,
but ourselves.”
Sir Edmund Hillary, first climber to reach
the summit of Mt. Everest
As I see it. . . . . . . .
We first have to conquer ourselves to achieve success.
In conquering ourselves; it requires us to take stock of who we are. Where do we stand today and what direction we want to take our lives?
Develop a clear vision for your life and your future as you want it to be. Take control of your life, your decisions and take personal responsibility for your actions and your outcomes.
Much like climbing a mountain, our life requires a plan with a purpose. Commit to your purpose and be willing to adjust with the changing conditions.
Have the mental toughness to see your journey through to a successful outcome.
Believe in yourself and have the confidence that you will reach the summit.

Excellence is Expected
Motivational Power Quote
Excellence is Expected
“Be a yardstick of quality.
Some people aren’t used to an
environment where
excellence is expected.”
Steve Jobs, founder of Apple Computers
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Excellence is expected.
What we expect we create first in our minds and then in reality.
Excellence is a choice, it’s our choice.
The pursuit of excellence is a commitment to be the best that we can be and influencing those around us to follow our lead.
Excellence is about expecting the best and taking the personal responsibility to make it happen.
Create the vision of excellence and pursue your vision with passion and excellence will be achieved.

Accept our World or Change your World
Accept our World or Change your World
“To succeed, it is necessary
to accept the world as it is –
and raise above it.”
Michael Korda, publisher
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Accept our world as it is, and then make the decision if that’s the world that we want.
We can choose to accept things the way they are and continue to follow the current path that we’re on, or we can seek alternatives and seek a better path and a better world.
We can choose to rise above our current circumstances.
Take ownership of our current circumstances and take personal responsibility to make the changes to move beyond where you’re at today.
Determine the steps required to rise above your circumstances and make the commitment to see it through to a successful conclusion.
Take massive action to rise above the world you live in today.

We are Personally Responsible for What We Do
Motivational Power Quote
We are Personally Responsible for What We Do
“Personal responsibility begins with ME.
That’s why it’s personal.”
Jim Miller
As I see it. . . . . . . .
We are personally responsible for what we do.
Our actions are under our control and our choice.
Each of our decisions and actions are building blocks for our future and to a successful outcome when we take personal responsibility for what we do.
Once we take personal responsibility for our decisions, our actions and the outcomes, we take complete control of our lives.
Our success begins with taking personal responsibility for what we do.
