Leaders Are Those Who Empower Others

Leaders Are Those Who Empower Others
“Leaders will be those who empower others. Empowering
leadership means bringing  out the energy and
capabilities people have and getting them
to work together in a way they
wouldn’t do otherwise.”
Bill Gates, Co-Founder of Microsoft

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Leaders are those who empower others

Empowerment of others creates a sense of ownership in what the person is doing. It will ignite their personal energy . . . . and pride to excel. Empowerment will elevate the level of a person, in their thinking, stretch their capabilities . . . . and will bring out the best in the person.

When you empower another person your showing that we have confidence in them . . . . and in their ability to successfully get the job done. Empowerment is also showing that you trust the person . . . . and their judgment to make the right choices.

People who are empowered will find a way to get the job done . . . . and will work together to accomplish their objectives. They also will experience personal growth . . . . and you will be rewarded with a dedicated and productive person working with you.

An empowered person will work longer . . . . and harder to achieve success through a sense a personal responsibility.

Leaders are those who empower others . . . . You’ll find that the empowered person become more productive . . . . and will accomplish far more as a results of being trusted and empowered.

Life is Like a Taxi

Life is Like a Taxi
“Life is like a taxi. The meter just keeps a – ticking, whether
your are getting somewhere or just standing still.”
Lou Erickson, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Life is like a taxi

Why us life like a taxi . . . . because your meter is always running.

The meter of your life is running ever minute of your day.

That meter continues to run when you’re super productive . . . . and its running when you’re having an unproductive day. You’re paying a price of your time no matter how your using your time.

Turn on your success meter . . . . and commit yourself to succeeding.  Make each day of your life a productive day . . . . one that moves you closer to your goals.

Put yourself into gear . . . . and take massive action to achieve your goals. There’s time on your meter . . . . and you’re paying for it; put it to good use. It’s your choice on what you do with the time on your meter. Make the most of your time . . . . and maximize your effort.

Your meter is running . . . . and the way you use your time is a matter of choice. Choose to use your time productively and the price that you pay will be small in comparison to the accomplishments.

Life is like a taxi . . . . and you determine how you use the time on your meter.

As Rain Drops Erodes Solid Rock

As Rain Drops Erodes Solid Rock
“The drops of rain make a hole in the stone
not by violence, but by oft falling.”
Lucretius 99 BC – 55 AD, Roman Poet and Philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .
As rain drops erodes solid rock

Drops of rain are like the moments in our life.

As your moments in your life pass; you don’t think much about them or how we use them. Why? Because there will be many more of them for you to experience.

As a drop of rain falls . . . . they become lost with along with the many other drops of rain that fall with it.

When your moments in your life are combined in positive undertakings the moments accumulate . . . . and returns value to you. The more productive you make your moments the higher rate of return those moments return to you.

When a drop of rain falls . . . . and is combined with many more they can erode the face of a mountain . . . .  cut a hole in stone. Rain drops can accumulate to create a stream that becomes the head of a mighty river.

There is power . . . . in a rain drop  and in a moment in your life.

In your moments you build the skills to change your life . . . .  to become a leader in your profession . . . . and to accomplish great things.

Success is not produced in a vacuum . . . .  it created in the moments of your life that you direct towards your goals, in productive activities . . . . and in planning your future.

The moments in your life are important . . . . Anyone of them can be the moment that you change the direction of your future and that creates greater levels of success . . . . and where you find personal happiness.

The moments in your life are like drops of rain they may come down hard . . . . or they may fall gently. But when everything is said and done the moments in your lives make you who we are.

May the drops of rain fall gently into your life and may your moments become productive and supply the fuel for a positive success journey.

As rain drops will erode solid rock . . . . they will erode your obstacles.

It’s the Effort That You Put Into Your Hours

Motivational Power Quote

It’s the Effort That You Put Into Your Hours
“It’s not the hours you put into your work that counts,
it’s the work you put in the hours.”
Sam Ewing, writer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

I’s the effort that you put into your hours

We are blessed with twenty four precious hours in each of our days . . . . What we do with those hours becomes a personal choice.

It’s the effort that you put into your hours that makes your days productive.

Time is a perishable commodity and once the time has passed it can never be recaptured, it’s gone forever.

Either we use our time with a purpose or it becomes wasted.

The key with time is we have all there is and we have to invest our time in productive endeavors that will grow over time and return a dividend.

Time that well invested creates value and over time our investment in time will grow and multiply and will return to us with far greater value   then what we have invested in it.

It’s the effort that you put into your hours . . . . that will create a productive and successful life.

The Garden of Our Life

Motivational Power Quote

The Garden of Our Life
“Gardens are not made by sitting in the shade.”
Rudyard Kipling, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The garden of our life

The garden of our life does not flourish on its own we have to put effort into it to our garden in order to get something productive out of it.

Our garden requires a plan and has to be prepared before it becomes productive. A garden takes effort to yield its crops.

We have to cultivate the soil of our thoughts and plant the seeds of greatness in our mind to grow the crops of your potential. Our garden has to be maintained and tended to before we’ll able to harvest the fruits of our labor.

We have to remove the weeps of our negative influences in the garden of our thinking and maintain our garden to yield the benefits of a crop.

The garden of life is our mind. Our mind has to be prepared and maintained to be and remain productive. Our life yields a mirror image of the thoughts that we put into our minds.

Focus on the Solutions

Motivational Power Quote

Focus on the Solutions
“Never spend more than 10 percent
of your time on the problem,
and always spend at least 90 percent
of your time on the solution.”
Author unknown

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Focus on the solutions

Devote your time in finding solutions to the problems that you encounter in you life. By doing so you’ll find that your time will have been invested in productive activities and that you’re moving in a positive direction.

When you focus on the problem we’re wasting your time by focusing your efforts on a negative situation and not a solution to the problem.
