Your Faith is Strength

Your Faith is Strength
“The beginning of anxiety is the end of faith, and the
beginning of true faith is the end of anxiety.”
George E. Mueller, Associate Administrator of the
NASA Manned Space Flight

As I see it . . . . . . .

Your faith is strength

Faith will give you the confidence to create bold goals . . .  and to pursue them with determination to achieve them.

Your faith will be the self-assurance to try . . . . and to pick yourself up after a setback to push forward and to try again.

With faith you have a deep rooted conviction in what you’re doing. You will go about your day with a positive expectation for your actions and support your expectations with the hard work that’s required to create successful results.

Here’s the key . . . . Your faith is your strength.

Faith doesn’t mean that you won’t have stress in your life . . . . or that you won’t have setbacks . . . . because everyone does.

With faith in your life you have confidence in your actions . . . . and positive expectations for your life. When you encounter obstacles and setback you will focus on solutions and overcoming them which will greatly reduce the stress and anxiety in your life.

Your faith is strength . . . . with the strength of faith in your life you are focused forward to create successful results and not looking over your shoulders to what’s in the past and what was.

When You’re Under Pressure the Real You Comes Out

Motivational Power Quote

When You’re Under Pressure the Real You Comes Out
When you squeeze an orange, orange juice comes out –
because, that’s what’s inside. When you are squeezed,
what comes out is what inside you.”
Dr. Wayne Dyer, Self – Development Author and Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When you’re under pressure the real you comes out

Under pressure some people will go on to break records . . . . and go onto achieve greatness . . . .  while other people will break under the stress of pressure.

Pressure creates a great deal of stress in person’s life. Each person reacts differently to the pressure and how the person responds to the pressure . . . . will determine what course of action that person will take.

The person that can control the stress that the pressure creates will be able to respond to the pressure proactively . . . . and stay in control of their emotions and respond with a purpose.

When the person becomes overwhelmed by the pressure they will act out of anxiety and will become reactive to the pressure . . . .and will lose control of their emotions and the situation.

When you take control of the condition . . . . you will remain in control of your emotions and you will control the pressure effectively. When you’re under pressure the real you comes out . . . . bring out your best and you will be in control . . . . of the your emotions and the conditions.

Motivational Power Quote

Conflict Helps You to  Grow Stronger
“Difficulties are meant rouse, not discourage.
The human spirit is to grow strong by conflict.”
William Channing 1780 - 1842, theologian

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Conflict helps you to grow stronger

A conflict is a difference view point of the same condition by difference people. In other words we will face conflicts in many areas of our lives.

When you’re facing a conflict, look for the areas that you can agree on with the other party. In that one single act you can lay the foundation of resolution and remove some of the stress that’s involved as a result of the conflict.

Learn to adapt to conflict and to navigate a successful solution while others are caught up in the disagreement of the conflict. You will grow stronger as a result of their conflict resolution skills.

When you have good conflict resolution skills your skills will separate from the masses and you and your services will be in demand.  Those skills are invaluable in every aspect of our business and life.

When you’re facing a conflict look at it as a temporary condition and look at it with the confidence that you can find the solution.

Conflict makes you grow stronger . . . . As a person and more successful as a business professional.

You Can Change Anything

Motivational Power Quote

You Can Change Anything
“You can change your health,
you can change your relationships,
you can change your income,
you can change anything.”
Bob Proctor, author, speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You can change anything

You can change anything in your life the moment that you decide you want it changed.

You are responsible for how you respond to the things that come into your life, how you handle the conditions in you life and what changes you make to keep you and a positive path.

Take control of your life: manage the conditions that come into your life. Make adjustments to the thing that are no longer working effectively and remove the thing from your life that are holding you back.

Make the decision to do what as to be done. Determine what changes will be necessary for you to reach your full potential by there order of importance.

Select the most important changes you want to achieve in your life to keep you moving forward and take the steps to make the change happen.

The only person that makes changes in your life is you.

When you make changes you will feel the weight of old baggage being removed from your life and feel a sense of stress being removed from your life.

You can change anything in your life that you want to change and choose to change the moment that you recognize what needs to be changed and take the action to make the change happen.

Don’t Delay – Be Proactive and Take Action

Motivational Power Quote

Don’t Delay – Be Proactive and Take Action
“Delay is the deadliest form of denial.”
C. Northcote Parkinson, British Naval historian

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Don’t delay - be proactive and take action

Delaying is the act of putting off until tomorrow what could have been done today.

Being proactive is doing what has to be done when it has to be done without delay.

Putting things off creates stress and anxiety.

Getting things done puts air under your winds and lifts you to greater heights.

Being proactive is a choice a choice of getting things done.

Don’t’ delay – be productive and take action.

Finish What You Start

Motivational Power Quote

Finish What You Start
“Much of the stress that people
feel doesn’t come from having
too much to do.
It come from not finishing
what they started.”
David Allen, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Finish what you start

Reduce your stress . . . . Finish what you start.

When we start a project and leave it unfinished we create anxiety. That anxiety will grow under the weight of unfinished work and will create stress.

The weight of that stress feels like we’ve mentally carrying 100 pounds of excess baggage around with us every minute of the day. As the weight of that baggage continues to grow will become both physically and mentally exhausted to the point to where we can’t successfully function.

Stress causes sleepless nights, worry, inaction and poor decisions. Under stress we not longer function effectively and our thinking becomes distorted to the point where we are not longer productive.

Finish what you start and the stress will evaporate.

When Faced With a Choice Make It

Motivational Power Quote

When Faced With a Choice Make It
“When you have to make a choice
and don’t make it,
that is in itself a choice.”
Williams James, America philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When faced with a choice make it.

Delaying a choice becomes a choice of procrastination.

Making no choice becomes a choice of inaction.

Both procrastination and inaction are choices; they are choices that lead to frustration and will minimize our ability to succeed.

Make the tough choices first; when we do we relieve ourself of stress and tension and the small choices seem to melt away.

When you make your choices, you remove unneeded baggage and move forward with confidence.

Control Your Anxiety About Time

Motivational Power Quote

Control Your Anxiety About Time
“The whole secret of freedom
from anxiety over not
having enough time
lies not in working more hours,
but in the planning of the hours.”
Frank Bettger

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Control your anxiety about time

We have it everyday their more things to do on our schedule then we can fit into the day. We have to be in two places at the same time and the list goes on.

Our anxiety and the stress grows.

The secret is not in working more hours but in planning the hours that we work.

Plan your day around your most productive activities, and the elimination of non-productive activities. Learn to say no to time wasters.

Focus on what’s important to you not what’s critical.

Control your time and you will control your anxiety.

Choose the Direction for Your Life

Motivational Power Quote

Choose the Direction for Your Life
“All men should try to learn
before they die,
what they are running from and to,
and why.”
James “Thunder” Jones

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Choose the direction for your life.

Learn what you want from your life and go after it with massive action and passion.
You’re either move towards what you want from your life or you’re moving away from it.

Both directions affect your success and your life, moving towards what you want brings you success, achievement and fulfillment. Moving you away from what you want clauses us stress and dissatisfaction with ourselves and those who are around us.
It’s important to know what we are running from, put it in perspective, face it and reframe it. Determine why you have been running from it and how to change it. When you do you may realize that what you been running from can removed from your life or theirs a way to overcome it.
Understand what you been running to, if it’s what you want continue to go after it with a purpose or adjust it to fit your vision.

Go in the direction of the things you want and will find that they become within your reach.

Stay Calm In Times of Stress

Motivational Power Quote

Stay Calm In Times of Stress

“Calmness is the cradle of power.”
Josiah Gilbert Holland

As I see it. . . . . . .
Stay calm in times of stress.

The person that stays calm in the time of stress stays in control.

The person that becomes reactive loses control and respect.

Calmness in a time of stress places the person in a power position.

The person that becomes combative loses power and weakens their position.

An example would be in negotiations the person that reminds calm and focused on the outcome has the power position in the negotiations and will negotiate successfully.

Remind calm for maximum impact.

Singleness of Purpose

Motivational Power Quote

Singleness of Purpose

“Singleness of purpose is one of
the chief essentials for
success in life,
no matter what may be one’s aim.”
John D. Rockefeller Jr., American Philanthropist

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Singleness of purpose is the foundation of putting our objectives in order. When we put our objectives in writing, we create goals.

A lack of focus or purpose is a major source of worry and stress. One of the best methods to address and remove worry and stress is to create a worry and stress buster. That buster is the singleness of purpose.

Singleness of purpose crates clarity and meaning to our life and puts our goals in order. It provides us with a sense of direction and a source of energy to move us in the direction of our goals.

Once we set the priorities for our lives through the singleness of purpose it becomes one of the chief essentials for creating success.
