Direction, is More Important Than Speed

Direction, is More Important Than Speed
“Speed is useful only important if you are running
In the right direction.”
Joel Barker, Future Edge

As I see it . . . . . . .
Direction, is more important than speed

I’m late; I’m late for an important date

“I’m late; I’m late for A very important date. No time to
say hello, good-bye, I’m late and when I wave, I lose
time, to save. My fuzzy ears and whiskers took
me too much time to shave. I run and I hop,
hop, hop, I wish that I could fly. There’s
danger id I dare to Stop and here’s the
reason why: I’m over-due, I’m in
 a rabbit stew. Can’t even
say good-bye,
Hello, I’m late, I’m late, I’m late.”

As sang by White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland

We all know people like White Rabbit . . . . There hurrying around from pillar to post leaving a trail of dust behind them. But they’re not going anywhere fast.

They’re moving as fast as they can go from task to task. There’s a lot of motion but there’s very little . . . . or no progress. They have all the balls in the air . . . . and will juggle as many as they can at any one time. But when everything is said . . . . and done juggling doesn't get things.

Positive focused activity . . . . gets things done.

It’s the direction that your success journey in moving in that’s important not the speed.

You will be judged on the quality of what you successfully complete . . . . and the quality of your work. Fast is not a substitute for quality and in most cases it will not create satisfied customers . . . . repeat business . . . . or referrals.

Your success journey is not about the speed of the success journey. It’s about the direction that you’re headed in and creates the stepping stones of successes along the way to achieve your goals.

Going fast may look good or feel good at the time . . . . but activity without a focused directions . . . . and quality results leaves a trail of unfulfilled promises. It will also take you off course to the point where it becomes very challenging to get back on track . . . . and to successfully move in the direction of achieving your goals.

When you focus on your objections . . . . and commit yourself to achieving them you will progress in the right direction.

I’m late; I’m late for an important date is not a substitute for quality.

Direction, is more important than speed.

As I see it . . . . . . .
Rule number one

Rule number one . . .  . is don’t sweat the small stuff

Doing the small stuff is getting involved . . . . and doing things that will not positively impact your success. Or move you closer to your goals. . . . .  or have a positive impact on your life or career.

Don’t confuse small stuff . . . . with small details.

Small details are the building blocks to excellences . . . .and in creating a successful career. Doing the small details with excellences will create a business base of raving fans . . . . create referrals and a strong foundation for your future success.

The small stuff are the time wasters that you get involved in that drains your energy wastes your time . . . . and takes you off course.

The small stuff can feel like a black hole that sucks you into abyss. Before you know it you can become overwhelmed by the small stuff to the point to where you’re completely wasting your time . . . . and efforts with not benefits.

It can be very easy to become involved in the small stuff . . . . and very difficult to break away from them. They easily become unproductive habits.

Identify the small stuff going on in your life . . . . and begin the process of breaking away from them. Start with the biggest time waster and find the best way to remove from your life and repeat the process until you have remove the small stuff from your life.

As you move forward set up your internal radar to identify the small stuff that trying to enter your life before they start to waste your time. When the small stuff hits your radar just say no to it . . . . and let it go by you.

Removing the small stuff will lift your spirits . . . . and will give you the extra energy to do what’s important. It will also help you to focus your energy and efforts on the small details that will a positive impact on you and your business.

Professionals Know What to Do and What to Ignore

Professionals Know What to Do and What to Ignore

decisions and judgments simpler through knowing
what to pay attention to and what to ignore.”
Edward de Bono, Author

Professionals know what’s required to achieve success.

They will focus their daily activities on doing the most important things

Successful people also understand the value of their time. Not only will they focus on the most important things that have to be done. But they are aware what has to be ignored in order to maximize the use of their time.

To maximize their time they will have to take a realistic look at their activities and eliminate the old unproductive habits. The old habits will have to replace with new activities that with form the basis of forming new and more productive habits that will help them to maximize the use of their time and to accelerate their success journey.

There is no one single thing that determines a person success but there are number of things that can derail a person’s success journey. The improper use of time can become a major road block in a person’s success journey that prevents them from reaching their potential.

Professionals know what to do and what to ignore . . . . be that professional. Your life and career will take on new meaning and you will maximize the use of your time and energy to achieve your life’s goals.

Let the Glow of the Sunshine Into Your Life

Motivational Power Quote

Let the Glow of the Sunshine Into Your Life
“Most of the shadows of this life are caused by our standing
in our own sunshine.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson 1803 – 1882, American Essayist,
Lecturer and Poet

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Let the glow of the sunshine into your life

Step into the sunshine of opportunity . . . . and enjoy the warmth and the glow that it will offer.

Don’t create shadows in your life by blocking your sunshine with negative thinking . . . . or a poor attitude.

Let the sunshine radiate in every aspect of your life. See the best in people . . . . and in the opportunities as they present themselves to you.

Be thankful for the things that you have in your life . . .  and create goals for what you would like to achieve. Don’t pout about what you don’t have . . . . focus your energy on the important things in your life.

Have gratitude and appreciation for what you have and for what you achieve . . . . and you will find yourself becoming a success magnet.

Let the glow of the sunshine into your life . . . . and that sunshine to create the energy for your success journey and the power to your desired outcome.

What Did You Accomplish?

Motivational Power Quote

What Did You Accomplish?
In the end, you’re measured not by how much
you undertake but by what you finally accomplish.”
Donald Trump, American Entrepreneur

As I see it. . . . . . . .

What did you accomplish?

It’s not the pace of the race that’s most important . . . . it’s who crosses the finish line first.

A person that starts out fast and can’t keep up the pace falls behind . . . . and finishes out of the money has little or no accomplishments.

In business a person that starts many projects . . . . and finishes very little or none loses the race.

The measure of success is what you accomplish and what was the quality of that work?

Success is not always a fast pace . . . . success is accomplished by the person that has a consistent focused effort and stays in the race.

Your success will not be measured by what we start . . . . it will be measured by what we successfully complete.

Create your game plan for your success and determine what the most important elements . . . . are that have to be done to achieve your goals.

Pursue the most important things in the order of their priorities . . . . and bring them to success conclusion.

People will ask you, what did you accomplish . . . . and will judge you by the results.

The Moments of Your Life

Motivational Power Quote

The Moments of Your Life
“It’s isn’t the big pleasures that count the most;
it is making a great deal out of the little ones.”
Anonymous

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The moments of your life

They pass almost unnoticed; they are gone before we know it . . . . in about a blink of the eye. You will recall too few of them . . . . but many of them were very important.

Many of them where very special at the time, but your other priorities seem to out weight them and you forget them to soon. They may not seem like a big thing at the time but someday when you look back you will recognize how important they really were.

Your moments are very precious and can never be repeated . . . . They are the moments in your life. Once a moment has passed they are gone forever.

Relish your moments and the little things that those moments bring into your life. When you mentally slow down . . . . you will recognize the importance of your moments are. You will find that in those moments there are many things to be thankful for.

It would be very sad to sit down one day to see that your life has passed you by and that you missed the special moments in your life. You will also find that many of the people that created those special moments will never know what they contributed to your life.

Focus on your moments and you will find that many of those moments became very special because of the people in your life. When those special moments occur in your life be thankful for them and the people in your life that helped to create them.

Make the most out of your moments and you will make the most out of your life.

The moments of your life . . . . is the foundation that your life is built on.

Make The Time

Motivational Power Quote

Make The Time
“It is time to make the time.”
Henry Dumas, American writer and Poet

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Make the time

If you don’t find the time to live and enjoy your life, it will pass you by without you realizing it. The years will slip by and you will find yourself with a lifetime of regrets.
Take the time to enjoy your life.

Life is short find the time to live your life and live it to it fullest.

Do something you enjoy; spend sometime with someone that’s important to you, and share a special moment with that special person. There are so many things that you are letting slip by that you will someday regret.

Live a life of purpose, find the time to do the things that are important to you, and make the time to do it now.

Not having enough time is an excuse, not a plan, make the time.
