When It Doesn’t Feel Right It’s Probably Isn’t

Motivational Power Quotes

When It Doesn’t Feel Right It’s Probably Isn’t
If it doesn’t feel right it’s probably isn’t.
If it doesn’t look right it’s probably isn’t.
If you’re ever in question don’t take it.”
Dave Mills, author

As I see it . . . . . . . .

When it doesn’t feel right it’s probably isn’t

Doing what’s right is more important . . . . than doing what’s politically correct.

There will be times that you are going to be asked to make a decision. That decision will be to choice between doing what’s right and doing what’s politically correct.

Doing what’s right is making the decision that you know what is right in your heart. You also know that the decision is the right one to make and the right one for the parties involved.

When you do what’s right not everyone will be happy with your decision . . . . but it’s the right decision to make.

The question become one of what is the right thing to do and who are you making the decision for?

When you make the decision to do what’s politically correct you’re making the decision to meet other people’s expectations. They may feel good about the decision but in the long run you know in your heart that you have not made the right decision.

The person that does what’s right is making that decision based on their values and their character and in time people will judge you by your character and your actions.

When it’s doesn’t feel right it’s probably isn’t . . . . and the decision that you make is your decision to make.

Value

The question become one of what is the right thing to do and who are you making the decision for?

When we make the decision to do what’s politically correct we are making the decision to meet other people’s expectations. They may feel good about the decision but in the long run you know in your heart that you have not made the right decision.

When it’s doesn’t feel right – don’t do it.

The person that does what’s right is making that decision based on their values and their character.

Overtime, people will judge us by our character and our actions.

Doing What’s Right

Motivational Power Quotes

Doing What’s Right
“Have the courage to say no.
Have the courage to face the truth.
Do the right thing because it is right.
These are the magic keys to living your life with integrity.”
W. Clement Stone, self help author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Doing what’s right

If I do things that don’t feel right, after I do them I find that I was right. If it doesn’t feel right to you it’s not.

Do the right things for the right reasons and do them with integrity.

Doing what’s right is more important than doing what’s politically correct.

Overtime, people will judge us by our actions.

Act from integrity and do the right thing.

Character Has to Be Cultivated

Motivational Power Quote

Character Has to Be Cultivated
“You cannot dream yourself into character;
you must hammer and forge yourself one.”
James A Froude, (1818-1894), English Novelist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Character has to be cultivated

We can’t wish for or dream our way into character it’s cultivated over time until it becomes the foundation for our life and business. Character is about doing what’s right even when other people are not looking.

Our thoughts are the foundation of character. What we think about we become and is perpetrated through our attitude and in our actions.

Continue to move forward when issues arise and take the responsibility to resolving the issues.

Being a person of character takes a commitment to personal excellences and putting the other person first.

Character has to be cultivated and when you do you will harvest the results of your character.

Doing What’s Right When no One is Around

Motivational Power Quote

Doing What’s Right When no One is Around

“Integrity is doing the right thing,
ever if there is no chance
you would be caught doing
the wrong thing.”
David Cottrell, author, speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Doing what’s right when no one is around.

Doing the right thing is a choice, a choice about one’s integrity when there’s no one around watching what you’re doing.

One’s integrity should be non-negotiable. Integrity is part of our core values and who we are as a person.

There will be times that that we reach a crossroad were we can choose to compromise our integrity because no one will ever find out what we did. At that moment we are testing our integrity. A small compromise with our integrity changes our values and tarnishes our truthfulness with others and ourselves.

Maintaining your integrity and doing the right thing when no one is around, creates your reputation and is a foundation for continued success.

There will always be one person there no matter what you’re doing, and that person is you.

Be honesty with yourself in your thinking and do the right thing.
