Life is like a tree.


A tree to grow and survive needs to put down deep roots. In life to grow we have to put down the deep roots of our core values.


Our values guide us through our life and much like a tree our values have to be straight to grow properly. The earlier in our lives that we learn that lesson the straighter our life grows and becomes.


Nurture your values and your values will provide the shade through out your life.


Life is like a tree and we have to put down deep roots to survive the storms in our life.

As I see it. . . . . . . .


Doing what’s right when no one is around.


Doing the right thing is a choice, a choice about one’s integrity when there’s no one around watching what you’re doing.


One’s integrity should be non-negotiable. Integrity is part of our core values and who we are as a person.


There will be times that that we reach a crossroad were we can choose to compromise our integrity because no one will ever find out what we did. At that moment we are testing our integrity. A small compromise with our integrity changes our values and tarnishes our truthfulness with others and ourselves.


Maintaining your integrity and doing the right thing when no one is around, creates your reputation and is a foundation for continued success.


There will always be one person there no matter what you’re doing, and that person is you.


Be honesty with yourself in your thinking and do the right thing.
