People Will Talk
As I see it. . . . . . . .
People will talk . . . . but what will they say?
Don’t worry about what people will say about you; instead invest your time and energy in creating the things you want the people to say.
Have them speak of you as a person of integrity and someone who can be counted on.
What people will say about us is our choice, and created through our decisions and actions. We choose who we are and the way we want people to see us and speak about us.
Live a life of purpose and achievement. Be a giver to those around you and you will find that people will speak in glowing terms about you and you will be admired by many.
People will talk and reputation will speak for you.

A Clear Conscience
As I see it. . . . . . . .
A clear conscience. . . .
A person with a clear conscience has a clear sense of right and wrong, and will do what’s right because it’s rights. They are known as a person of principles.
They place the needs of the other person above their own and have built a reputation for being of service to others and someone that can be counted on.
A clear conscience is developed a result of what we do for others without looking for person rewards.
A person with a clear conscience lays their head of a soft pillow at night as a result of the way they lead their life.

What’s More Important Then Money?
What’s more important then money?
Our reputation is more important then money. Our reputation is valuable asset and people will judge us by our reputation not by how much money we have.
Others will choose to do business with us based on our reputation. Our reputation will precede us and readily open doors for us or keep them closed.
We can recover from a lost of money, but it’s almost impossible to recover from a lost of reputation.
Protect your reputation with all your being as others will see us and judge us based on your reputation.

What’s the Difference Between a Cat and a Lie
As I see it. . . . . . . .
What’s the difference between a cat and a lie?
A cat only has nine lives, a lie lives on forever.
A lie will continue to resurface and challenge ones character.
Lies will cause a gap in ones reputation and threaten a person’s standing in the community and in business.
A llie will outlive the person.
Be a person of character and make the right decision to do what’s right at the outset.

Doing What’s Right When no One is Around
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Doing what’s right when no one is around.
Doing the right thing is a choice, a choice about one’s integrity when there’s no one around watching what you’re doing.
One’s integrity should be non-negotiable. Integrity is part of our core values and who we are as a person.
There will be times that that we reach a crossroad were we can choose to compromise our integrity because no one will ever find out what we did. At that moment we are testing our integrity. A small compromise with our integrity changes our values and tarnishes our truthfulness with others and ourselves.
Maintaining your integrity and doing the right thing when no one is around, creates your reputation and is a foundation for continued success.
There will always be one person there no matter what you’re doing, and that person is you.
Be honesty with yourself in your thinking and do the right thing.

Successful People Attract Money
Motivational Power Quote
Successful People Attract Money
“Successful people make money.
It’s not that people who
make money become successful,
but that successful people attract money,
they being success to what they do.”
Dr. Wayne Dyer, self development author and speaker
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Successful people attract money.
Money is attracted through the services that we render to others. The higher the level of service that we provide the higher our income becomes.
We attract business as a result of our personal and business reputation and values which increases the number of people who are willing to refer others to us.
As our referrals increase our income continues to grow.
The money that we earn is attracted to by our efforts and services to others.
As we give we will receive.

Being of Service to Others
Motivational Power Quote
Being of Service to Others
“The high destiny of the individual
is to serve
rather then to rule.”
Albert Einstein,
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Being of service to others
Real estate is relationship business and as a professional we will be judge by our service to others.
Our reputation will grow in proportion to the level of service our customers receive. Our sphere of influence and referrals becomes a mirror of our customer service and reputation.
The key to growing your business is service to others not trying to control them.
Let your customer service be your calling card and the go to person in your field.

Results are What Count
Motivational Power Quote
Results are What Count
“Don’t waste time telling people
what you are doing
or what you are going to do.
Results have a way
of informing the world.”
Unknown
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Results are what count.
We can tell people what we’re going to do and we can tell them what we’re doing.
What we’re going to do is just talk until we have achieved successful results.
We don’t get paid for what we’re going to do.
The measure of what we have done is through our results.
We will be judged on our results.
Our reputation will be based on our results.
Our compensation is based on results.
Focus on your desired results; achieve the results and the world will see what you have achieved.

Integrity is the Secret of Doing What’s Right
Motivational Power Quote
Integrity is the Secret of Doing What’s Right
“If you have integrity,
nothing else matters.
If you don’t have integrity,
nothing else matters.”
Alan Simpson
As I see it. . . . . . .
Integrity is the secret of doing what’s right, because it’s the right thing to do.
Doing the right thing is not always the easiest path to take. In some cases, integrity can have a short term cost, but it will pay dividends in the long run.
Your reputation will follow you. Doing what’s right creates a solid foundation for your life, your business and will plant the seeds for your future success based on your reputation.
Your integrity is that inter voice that guides your thoughts and actions.
Integrity is your moral compass that will maintain your values and keep you focused on doing the right thing during challenging and stressful times.
When there is a choice always conduct your life with integrity and do the right thing, because it’s the right thing to do.
