You Become the Person of Your Habits

You Become the Person of Your Habits
“Every Grown-up man consists wholly of habits,
although he is after unaware of it and even
denies having any habits at all.”
George Gurgjieff 1866 - 1949, Spiritual Teacher,
Philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .
You become the person of your habits

We all have them . . . . they’re our habits. Some habits will make a positive difference in your life . . . .  and some you need to drop like a hot potato. Some habits will pave the way for your success journey . . . . and some will have the capacity to create barriers on your journey.

Habits are formed over time . . . . As they are formed they become ingrained habits that are repeatedly done over and over without giving them much thought to your actions.

People become a creature of their habits . . . .  and over time their habits make them who they are.

Your productive habits should be fostered as they become your strengths . . . . They become the foundation for your success journey to take you to greater levels of achievement.

You also develop habits that can be holding you back from reaching your full potential.

The bad habits need to be identified . . . . and replaced with a new productive habit.

In time you become the person of your habits.

You Can Always Find Room For Personal Improvement

You Can Always Find Room For Personal Improvement

present circumstances unless you change.”
Les Brown, Motivational Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . . .
You can always find room for personal improvement

Not matter who you are or what you do . . . . you can always find room for personal improvement. In that improvement you find a way to get better at what you do. As you become better at what we do your life will be enriched . . . . and you will enrich the lives of others as a result.

Getting better is a never ending process . . . . and in that process your education will never be complete.

Your success will be achieved through continued incremental personal improvement which becomes the fuel for you to power your success journey.

Take Responsibility

Take Responsibility
“You can’t escape the responsibility of
tomorrow by evading it today.”
Abraham Lincoln 1809 - 1865, 16th President
of the United States

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Take responsibility

You can try . . . . but when it comes right down to it . . . . You can’t escape responsibility

Taking responsibility for your life . . . . and for the results that you accomplish is the foundation for success and achievement. Make the choice to take responsibility for today and every day of your life to achieve your goals and for greater success in your life.

When you take personal responsibility . . . . You take responsibility for the use of your time your activities and your results.

Taking responsibility give you the control of the path that your success journey takes for your life.  You’ll  control your success journey and the control of your outcome.

If you don’t take responsibility for your life and your results some else will take the responsibility . . . . and take control your life.

Take responsibility for your actions . . . . and they will return to you in the same way you send them out.

Raise the Bar For Your Expectations

Raise the Bar For Your Expectations
“Achievement is largely the product of steadily
raising one’s level.”
Jack Nicklaus, Professional Golfer

As I see it . . . . . . . .
Raise the bar for your expectations

When you establish crystal clear expectations for your future . . . . you create the foundation in your mind for what you want to achieve . . . . and on how you will achieve our maximum potential.

Steadily raising the bar of your expectations and aspirations just a little higher and a little out of your reach cause you to stretch out of your comfort zone. As you stretch out of your comfort zone you stretch your potential. As a result your potential steadily grows . . . . and will never return to its previous size.

Continually raise the bar for your expectations will maximize the level of your achievements.

When You’re Doing What You Love to Do

When You’re Doing What You Love to Do
“What I wanted was to be allowed to do the thing in the world
that I did best-which I believed then and believe now is the
greatest privilege there is. When I did success found me.”
 Debbi Fields, Entrepreneur

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When you’re doing what you love to do

When you’re doing what you love to do. . . . You’ll put your best foot forward in your efforts to those things you love to do. When you do . . . . success becomes within your reach.

There are far too many people who labor at their profession . . . . and don’t enjoy what they’re doing. They will labor their life away without ever putting their best effort or heart into the things that they are doing.

The person who doesn’t enjoy what their doing . . . .  will end up living an unfulfilled life with minimal results. Their days will seem to drag on and becoming long and tedious. It gets to the point where the only thing that they see as important in their day . . . is quitting time.

They hate going to work . . . . and what they are doing. Their life becomes a refection of their attitude which is mitered in a negative world of thinking and actions.

Do what you love . . . . and your days will become day’s filled with possibilities. Your days will fly by . . . .  and you’ll be lifted in the direction of your goals.

Do what you love to do with passion and the extra effort will become routine. The pace of your success journey will accelerate to higher levels of achievement.

When you’re doing what you love and do . . . . what you do will flow and seem effortless and greater success will be within yours your reach.

A Life Lived With Integrity

A Life Lived With Integrity
“A life lived with integrity-even if it lacks the trappings of
fame and fortune is a shining star in whose light
others may follow in the years to come.”
Denis Waitley, Self-Help Author and Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

A life lived with integrity

Integrity is the foundation for who a person becomes.

You can’t buy integrity it’s earned as a result of the way you carry yourself throughout your life and in your actions.

Having integrity won’t guarantee your success . . . . But without integrity there will be no lasting success.

Ones integrity will set the person apart from the crowd.  A person with integrity will stand above the crowed masses and standout. They will be seen as a person that can be counted on . . . . and someone that will deliver on their promises.

A life lived with integrity and you’ll live a life of honor and one that you can look back on with pride. Integrity is not a shortcut to success . . . . but one of continued growth and achievement.

A life lived with integrity . . . . is to live a life of the best is yet to come.

Anger Creates Bitterness

Motivational Power Quote

Anger Creates Bitterness
When Anger rises think of the consequences.”
Confucius 551 BC – 479 BC, Chinese Teacher, Editor,
Politician, Philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Anger creates bitterness

Anger is the killer of careers . . . . relationships . . . . and a person’s success.

People are not comfort being around people that have bursts of anger. Most people will try stay away from that person whenever it’s possible

. . . . and in time they will push everyone away from them.

When you find people in leadership positions that are prone to fits of anger you will find that the people who work for them . . . . will never work or achieve their peak potential. Nor will they take the risks that are needed to succeed in their environment.

The lenders anger stymies innovation . . . . creativity . . . . risk taking and the growth of the company.

The person that has fits of anger is also a blamer . . . . and they will blame anything and everything of the people around them or anyone else they can find. They will not take any personal responsibility for their actions or for anything that goes wrong under their watch or in their life.

As a result of the leader bursts of anger everyone around the leader . . . .  goes into a shell of protection and function far below their full capacity.

A person that routinely demonstrates anger becomes self-destructive to themselves and to the people around them. They will limit the level of their person success and what the teams achieves. It will become increasing difficult for leader to hold onto what they have achieved as a result of their personally.

Anger creates bitterness and resentment . . . . with everyone that the person comes into contact with. They also will have very little support from friends, family or business associates and eventually their anger will become the weight that sinks them.

Go For It

Motivational Power Quote

Go For It
“Without ambition one starts nothing.
Without work one finishes nothing.
The prize will not be sent to you.
You have to win it.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson, poet

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Go for it

If you want the prize – you have to go after it.

The first step to achieving the things you want is to start and go after the prize.

The prize is there for us to achieve, but it won’t be dropped off in our laps. We have to go out and get it.

The road to the prize has many twists and turns but the prize is there for us if we keep going. We have to remain focused on getting the prize and steadily work at successfully achieving it.

To reach the prize will have to be willing to stay the course and consistently move in the direction of the prize.

When you want someone bad enough . . . . go for it.
