You Become the Person of Your Habits

You Become the Person of Your Habits
“Every Grown-up man consists wholly of habits,
although he is after unaware of it and even
denies having any habits at all.”
George Gurgjieff 1866 - 1949, Spiritual Teacher,
Philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .
You become the person of your habits

We all have them . . . . they’re our habits. Some habits will make a positive difference in your life . . . .  and some you need to drop like a hot potato. Some habits will pave the way for your success journey . . . . and some will have the capacity to create barriers on your journey.

Habits are formed over time . . . . As they are formed they become ingrained habits that are repeatedly done over and over without giving them much thought to your actions.

People become a creature of their habits . . . .  and over time their habits make them who they are.

Your productive habits should be fostered as they become your strengths . . . . They become the foundation for your success journey to take you to greater levels of achievement.

You also develop habits that can be holding you back from reaching your full potential.

The bad habits need to be identified . . . . and replaced with a new productive habit.

In time you become the person of your habits.

The Weight of Your Habits

Motivational Power Quote

The Weight of Your Habits
“Chains of habits are too light to be felt until they are too
heavy to be broken.”
Warren Buffett, entrepreneur

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The weight of your habits

Good and productive habits have the weight of a feather and will lift your spirit. You will feel the wind at your back as your good and productive habits push you forward.

Expand your good and productive habits and you will find yourself rising to higher level of success.

The weight of carrying a bad habit feels like your carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. The weight becomes so unbearable it becomes almost impossible to create any forward momentum.

With bad habits you will feel like your standing in quicksand and the weight of the bad habits is pulling you deeper and deeper into the quicksand until you can move and sink.

The best time to break a bad habit is before something becomes a habit and takes root.

Be careful of your routines as they are the start of new habits.

Keep your thinking positive and shut off bad habits before they are formed in your mind.

The minute you feel your developing a bad habit drop it off a bridge and watch it flow away and out of your life.

The weight of your habits will either lift you or sink you.

Your Habits Are Your Choice

Motivational Power Quote

Your Habits Are Your Choice
“Being miserable is a habit.
Being happy is a habit.
The choice is yours.”
Tom Hopkins, author, trainer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your habits are your choice

Our habits are the foundation for who we become and what we achieve.

We have the choice to build a life based on a solid foundation of positive habits that are valued based. With this foundation we develop a life of personal satisfaction.

Or we can choose to follow unfulfilling bad habits that are locked into natural or moving us in the wrong direction.

Build your life on your positive habits and adjust or drop the bad habits that are pulling you away from success and happiness.

Your habits are your choice and you choose the direction that your life takes.
