Motivational Power Quote
Anger Creates Bitterness
“When
Anger rises think of the consequences.”
Confucius 551 BC – 479 BC, Chinese Teacher, Editor,
Politician, Philosopher
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Anger creates bitterness
Anger is the killer of careers . . . .
relationships . . . . and a person’s success.
People are not comfort being around people
that have bursts of anger. Most people will try stay away from that person
whenever it’s possible
. . . . and in time they will push everyone
away from them.
When you find people in leadership
positions that are prone to fits of anger you will find that the people who
work for them . . . . will never work or achieve their peak potential. Nor will
they take the risks that are needed to succeed in their environment.
The lenders anger stymies innovation . .
. . creativity . . . . risk taking and the growth of the company.
The person that has fits of anger is
also a blamer . . . . and they will blame anything and everything of the people
around them or anyone else they can find. They will not take any personal
responsibility for their actions or for anything that goes wrong under their
watch or in their life.
As a result of the leader bursts of
anger everyone around the leader . . . . goes into a shell of protection and function
far below their full capacity.
A person that routinely demonstrates
anger becomes self-destructive to themselves and to the people around them.
They will limit the level of their person success and what the teams achieves.
It will become increasing difficult for leader to hold onto what they have
achieved as a result of their personally.
Anger creates bitterness and resentment .
. . . with everyone that the person comes into contact with. They also will have
very little support from friends, family or business associates and eventually
their anger will become the weight that sinks them.
