Motivational Power Quote
When You’re Being Pushed to the Wall
“Sometimes
being pushed to the wall gives you the
momentum necessary to get you over it!”
Peter de Jeger, consultant and speaker
As I see it. . . . . . . .
When you’re being pushed to the wall
You’ll have a choice . . . . to make.
You can remain where you’re standing . .
. . and hope the wall doesn’t collapse on you. In standing there is no progress
. . . . . and in time you find yourself falling into frustration and despair
and giving up.
Or you can choose you use the momentum
of being pushed up against the wall to your favor . . . . and use it as a
spring board to get over the wall.
What you do when you’re being pushed to
the wall will . . . . be determined by your attitude.
With a negative attitude a person will
look at the situation . . . . and respond
with “why me.” You’ll see the situation
as hopeless . . . . and as result you are very likely to quit.
A person with a positive attitude will
look at their situation . . . . and find a way to get over the wall because
they know there is an opportunity on the other side.
When you’re being pushed to the wall . .
. . find the best way to get over the wall and look for the opportunity.
