Motivational Power Quote
Training Separates The Great From The
Good
“There is
nothing training cannot do.
Nothing is above its reach.
It can turn bad moral to good:
it can destroy bad principles
and recreate good ones;
it can lift men to angel ship.”
Mark Twin 1835 - 1910, America Writer, Humorist
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Training separates the great from the
good
Great companies and great people had a
common trait; they know what to do . . . . why to do it . . . . how to do it . . . . and
when to do.
How they respond to the things that come
into their lives and their actions are not random acts. They have prepared themselves
. . . . to handle various situations and conditions. They respond to their conditions
based on their training and the expertise that has been accumulated through their
training and practical application.
Great companies and great people have
prepared themselves to be . . . . in control of their destiny and the
conditions that they encounter. As a result of their preparation and they are
in control how they respond to the conditions. They will find themselves repeatedly
responding effectively to their conditions.
Great people have taken on the personal
responsibility to control their destiny. They have conditioned their mind to
think through various scenarios seeking out the best solutions.
The one common tread in great companies
and great people is training. Both have been trained for maximum efficiently
and are able to compete at the highest levels successfully.
They have conditioned themselves to
successfully navigate the conditions that they encounter . . . . and they will
put themselves into a position to succeed.
One of the keys elements is training
separates the great from the good is the commitment to continuous training and
education. That commitment puts a company or a person on the leading edge for
achieving their goals and success. To
become great you have to condition your thoughts through training your mind to
think in terms of being great.
