Your Words Will Withstand the Test of time

Your Words Will Withstand the Test of time
“Color fade, temples crumble, empires fall,
but wise words endure”
Edward Thorndike, American psychologist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your words will withstand the test of time

Choose your words wisely for they will withstand the test of time.

Your words will build bridges that will bring people together . . . . or they can create chasm of indifference.

Choose your words to make friend . . . . and to foster lasting relationships for your words will come back to you with interest.

Let your words speak for you when you’re not present . . . . and they will speak volumes for who you are as a person.

The words you speak will withstand the test of time in the mind of the people that you have relationship with. Those words will become the words that will generate a lasting business relationships . . . . and will influence future referrals.

Your words will become the foundation for people to see you as a person with integrity and values. Those words create the raving fans in your life.

The words may be short and spoken in quick context, but they will endure so choose your words wisely.

Your words will withstand the test of time . . . . and will become your calling card for future business and referrals. Choose your words with care and your words will speak kindly of you.

Your Integrity Becomes Your Calling Card

Motivational Power Quote

Your Integrity Becomes Your Calling Card
No one will question your integrity
if your integrity is not questionable.”
Nathaniel Bronner Jr., Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your Integrity becomes your calling card

Your integrity precedes you . . . . and people will judge you based on the quality of your integrity. Put your best foot forward and have your integrity become your calling card that opens the doors to a future of lasting relationships and prosperity.

Your integrity is a positive calling card . . . . that creates long term business relationships.

People that see you as being honest and someone that can be counted on to do what you say you’ll do . . . . is seen as a person of integrity.

When you build your relationships on a foundation of integrity you create a bond of trust with that person on bedrock. Your potential comes to the surface alone with successful long term business relationships and increased opportunities.

It’s far better to follow the path of integrity . . . . and to walk away from people or business opportunities that would compromise your integrity.

Integrity takes a 100% commitment 100% of the time.

Your integrity becomes your calling card. People make a decision if you have the qualities they want in a person to create a business relationship with. They will also ask themselves if you are the type of person that they would refer a friend or family member to.

We Live in Two Worlds

Motivational Power Quote

We Live in Two Worlds
“There are mangers so preoccupied with their e-mail messages
that they never look up from their screen to see what’s
happen in the non-digital world.”
Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, author, professor of psychology

As I see it . . . . . . .

We live in two worlds

One world is the digital age where people are together in a room and they text each other to communicate. Their thumbs are moving like craze but no one is taking.

The other day I watched a person walk into another person at the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton Florida while they were texting and he flat out knocked the lady off her feet.

We may need a new law for no texting while walking.

We also live in a world where have to be able to communicate one on one.

I see people in business attending live networking events working the room and building relationships and the foundation for lasting business and professional opportunities.

We live in two worlds on is the digital world and the other is the non-digital world. Business professional have to effectively live in both worlds to achieve business success.

Exceptional Customer Service is a Personal Choice

Motivational Power Quote

Exceptional Customer Service is a Personal Choice
“No one can make you serve customer well.
That’s because great service is a choice.”
Ken Blanchard, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Exceptional customer service is a personal choice

Exceptional customer service just doesn’t happen by chance; it takes a personal commitment and hard work. The level of the service that we deliver is a personal choice. Exceptional customer service is the choice to pay the price to become successful through our efforts of today for the success that we will enjoy over a life time.

Establish a mutual understanding of the expectations for the level of the service that the customer should expect you to deliver.  And then do everything possible to exceed the customer’s expectations and WOW them.

The person that decides the level of our service in the business relationship is the customer.

We control the level of the services that we provide to others. The choices we make and the activities we perform in the pursuit of exceptional customer is a personal choice, the choice that only we can make.

Create and deliver an exceptional customer experience and we create the pathway satisfied customers, referrals and to our  business success.

Make It a Habit to Finish What You Start

Motivational Power Quote

Make It a Habit to Finish What You Start
“Laziness is nothing more than
the habit of resting before you get tired.”
Mortimer Caplin, educator and lawyer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Make it a habit to finish what you start

Nothing gets done until you make the commitment to finish the things you start. Things left undone have very little positive value and actually will become a drain your resources and your energy.

Things left undone can tarnish your reputation and have negative effect on your business and business relationships.

Many times the difference between success and failure is a thin slice. That thin slice of getting the job done in an effective productive manor.

Finishing a job you start is a habit, a habit of success. Make the choice to follow the pathway to success and to make it a habit to finish what you start.

Listen to Your Customers

Motivational Power Quote

Listen to Your Customers
“To satisfy our customers needs
we’ll give them what they want,
not what we want to give them.”
Steve James, actor, stunt man

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Listen to your customers

When you listen to your customers you build a bridge of understanding and rapport. In that understanding you discover the true needs of the customers.

Knowing and understanding your customer’s needs are the stepping stones of successful business relationships.

In understanding our customer’s needs we are better able to give the customer what they want and successfully do business with them.

Listen to the customer and will understand your customers and their needs.
