Fill Your Tank With Enthusiasm

Fill Your Tank With Enthusiasm
“The big secret in life is that there is no secret. Whatever
your goal, you can get there if you willing to work,
it is called massive action. Action is the gas in the
tank. Without you, the car will not run.”
Marcy Blochowiak, Author

As I see it . . . . . . .
Fill your tank with enthusiasm

Put enthusiasm in your tank to keep your success journey moving forward . . . . and taking massive action to put you over the top.

Intentions will start your success journey . . . . but intentions alone will not keep your success journey moving forward or put you over the top.

To reach the top in your professional you have to know what you want to accomplish. It’s important to have written goals to give your success journey a sense of direction, a purpose . . . . and an action plan to achieve those goals.

With your action plan in place you have a road map to successfully get you to your goals. Use your plan as a guild . . . . and take massive action on your plan to take you from where you are today to successfully achieving your goals.

Achieving your goals will keep moving in the right direction . . . .and help you to get to the top of your profession.

Enthusiasm will fuel your success journey . . . . and will give you the extra boost when it needed to get you over the obstacles that you encounter along the way.

With your enthusiasm in place make the commitment to take massive action to put you over the top to achieve your goals.

Put enthusiasm in your tank . . . . and take massive action. Put your pedal to the metal . . . . and blast off in the direction of your goals.

Direction, is More Important Than Speed

Direction, is More Important Than Speed
“Speed is useful only important if you are running
In the right direction.”
Joel Barker, Future Edge

As I see it . . . . . . .
Direction, is more important than speed

I’m late; I’m late for an important date

“I’m late; I’m late for A very important date. No time to
say hello, good-bye, I’m late and when I wave, I lose
time, to save. My fuzzy ears and whiskers took
me too much time to shave. I run and I hop,
hop, hop, I wish that I could fly. There’s
danger id I dare to Stop and here’s the
reason why: I’m over-due, I’m in
 a rabbit stew. Can’t even
say good-bye,
Hello, I’m late, I’m late, I’m late.”

As sang by White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland

We all know people like White Rabbit . . . . There hurrying around from pillar to post leaving a trail of dust behind them. But they’re not going anywhere fast.

They’re moving as fast as they can go from task to task. There’s a lot of motion but there’s very little . . . . or no progress. They have all the balls in the air . . . . and will juggle as many as they can at any one time. But when everything is said . . . . and done juggling doesn't get things.

Positive focused activity . . . . gets things done.

It’s the direction that your success journey in moving in that’s important not the speed.

You will be judged on the quality of what you successfully complete . . . . and the quality of your work. Fast is not a substitute for quality and in most cases it will not create satisfied customers . . . . repeat business . . . . or referrals.

Your success journey is not about the speed of the success journey. It’s about the direction that you’re headed in and creates the stepping stones of successes along the way to achieve your goals.

Going fast may look good or feel good at the time . . . . but activity without a focused directions . . . . and quality results leaves a trail of unfulfilled promises. It will also take you off course to the point where it becomes very challenging to get back on track . . . . and to successfully move in the direction of achieving your goals.

When you focus on your objections . . . . and commit yourself to achieving them you will progress in the right direction.

I’m late; I’m late for an important date is not a substitute for quality.

Direction, is more important than speed.

Who You Associate With
It’s better to hang out with people better than you.
Pick out associates whose behavior is better

in that direction.”
Warren Buffett, American Entrepreneur, Investor

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Living in The No Excuse Zone

Living in The No Excuse Zone
“The best job goes to the person who can get it done
without passing the buck.”
Napoleon Hill 1883 -1970, American Author,
Motivational Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . . .
Living in the no excuse zone

The life that you make for yourself . . . . is a life that you made through your actions.

You become a mirror image of your actions. People will judge you by your actions . . . . and the results of what you achieve. People want action . . . . and results . . . . they don’t want excuses.

Your actions will either move you forward . . . . and closer to achieving your goals. Or your actions will have a negative effect on you. . . . and move you in the opposite direction,  moving your goals out of your reach.

When things are moving in the wrong direction you have to reverse the slide. Adjust your activities . . . . your thinking . . . . and your actions to get you back on the right track and moving in the right direction.

You are either going in the right direction moving your closer to achieving your goals . . . . or in the wrong direction taking farther away from success.

Operating in neutral gives you a false sense of security because there is no neutral on the success journey. When you’re in neutral you’re not holding steady or moving forward at a slower pace. In reality operating in neutral creates a backwards slid that will accelerate . . . . and you will move away from success at an accelerated pace.

Making excuses about a condition compounds the situation . . . . and makes it worst . . . . and increasingly more difficult to deal with.
Referrals . . . . new business . . . . opportunities . . . . and success go to the person that has demonstrated their value . . . . and have created the reputation through their actions.

Your future success is found in the possible zone . . . . where if you can imagine it you can achieve it.

Live you’re live through positive actions . . . . and live your life in the no excuse zone. Live your life . . . . and focus on solutions and productive activities.

Lasting success is found in . . . . living in the no excuse zone.

A Mentor Helps to Bring Out Your Best

A Mentor Helps to Bring Out Your Best
“A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within
you, than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you.”
Bob Proctor, Speaker, Success coach

As I see it . . . . . . .

A mentor helps to bring out your best

A mentor sees you as a person . . . . and at the same time they will see you’re potential.

They seem to come into your life at just the right time. They are there to offer you a helping hand . . . .  pull you forward . . . . or a push in the right direction to bring out the best in you.

A mentor seems to know what you need and when we need it. But there are times that you’re going to have to ask for assistance.

Given the right opportunity the mentor will stretch your personal belief system . . . . and your thinking in breaking out of your current mind set. They will stretch you into a world of new possibilities . . . . and opportunities that would not be reached with your current thinking.

A mentor will get you to believe in yourself and in your potential. They will help you to step into future . . . . And expand your horizons to see things as they can be and offer the helping hand and advice to get you there.

You can achieve anything that you believe can. The mentor will introduce new thinking including new methods . . . . and strategies to move you in the right direction.

Surround yourself with people that will mentor and motivate you. Then take the responsibility to motivate your self everyday on the journey to personal greatness.

Mentors bring out your best when you are receptive to new thinking and view you future through the eyes of a possible attitude.

Reset Your Sails to the Changing Winds

Reset Your Sails to the Changing Winds
“We must reset our sails to take advantage of the changing
winds and prosper as a business and individually.
You can make the most of this downturn and
position yourself for the next boom that’s
going to follow.”
Harry S. Dent, Economist, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Reset your sail to the changing winds

The winds of business continue to change . . . . You must reset your sails to navigate yourself into a position to weather the storm in your life and sail into the waters of change and opportunity.

Many of the rules for business have changed. You can either try to live in the past of old ideas or reset our sails to take advantage of the new business environment . . . . and the opportunities that change holds.

Adjusting your sails may not be easy . . . . but the alternative is far worst.

Reset your sail . . . . and be determined to weather the winds of change in your life . . . . and you will set the course for your life and your future success.

Position yourself for change . . . . and to prosper in the days ahead.

When change is needed . . . .  reset your sail to the changing winds to stay on purpose  . . . . and moving in the right direction.

You Will Shapes Your Future

Your Will Shapes Your Future
“My will shall shape the future. Whether I fail or succeed
shall be no man’s doing but my own. I can clear any

My choice, my responsibility. Win or lose,
only I hold the key to my destiny.”

Your Persistence’s Is the Key to Successful Results
“It’s not that I’m so smart, it’s just that I stay
with problems longer.”
Albert Einstein 1879 – 1955, German-Born Theoretical
Physicist, Developed the General Theory of Relativity

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your persistence is the key the key to successful results

You see the task in front of you and it may look like an expressway to success . . . . or it may look overwhelming without any possible solutions.

The question becomes how to you take the task at hand and bring it to a successful conclusion.  It not the size of the task or it’s intensity that creates the success or the failure in creating the desired outcome.

It’s your persistence’s to move in the right direction.

Many small tasks that can successfully be completed quickly . . . . fall apart. Why; not because they’re complex but because of the lack persistence’s to reach a successful outcome in the small details.

Yet you see tasks that are overwhelming and that will take an extended period of time to successfully complete. Where you see a person with persistence jump on the task like a tiger . . . . and stay with it until they achieve success.

The difference is the person with the overwhelming task; made the commitment to see the task through to a successful conclusion and remained focus on the outcome . . . . and remains persistence in their efforts.

At times the thin slice of difference between a successful outcome and failure is in the person’s persistence’s to see the task through to a successful conclusion.

Your persistence’s is the key to s successful outcome . . . . stay persistent and stay on purpose and to achieve a successful outcome.

Focus on Successfully Achieving Your Goals
“Success is steady progress toward one’s personal goals.”
Jim Rohn 1930 - 2009, American Author, Motivational
Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Focus on successfully achieving your goals

Your goals are your vision of for future as you want it to be. The goals you establish are the mile makers on your success journey . . . . and a way to measure your forward progress. It also gives your success journey direction and a way to monitor yourself to ensure that you are on course to achieve your goals.

In realty your success journey moves at a difference pace at difference times. Some days you will take a giant leap forward, other days it may be a baby step. While other days you may not make any noticeable progress all.

A key to your goals is to keep your eyes on the prize . . . . and not to become distracted by the pace. Success is not always achieved by the person that moves the fastest. You will find that a steady pace in the direction of your goals will keep you moving in the right direction.

Focus on the direction of your success journey not the pace.

Having a successful journey and achieving your goals comes in reaching your desired outcome. Focus on successfully achieving your goals . . . . and you are focusing on a successful future.

Professionals Know What to Do and What to Ignore

Professionals Know What to Do and What to Ignore
“An expert is someone who has succeeded in making
decisions and judgments simpler through knowing
what to pay attention to and what to ignore.”
Edward de Bono, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Professionals know what to do and what to ignore

You do things everyday in your life . . . . and you do them without much thought . . . . they are ingrained habits.

A habit can either be good or bad, productive or unproductive. Your habits set the course for your life’s direction. Productive habits move you in the direction of achieving your goals . . .  and to achieving a greater level of success.

A negative or poor habit weights your success journey down . . . . and creates a drag on your forward progress to achieve your objectives and in your career.

Professionals know what’s required to achieve success.

They will focus their daily activities on doing the most important things

. . . . This will create the forward momentum to accomplish their objectives and  that will keep them on track . . . . and moving in the right direction.

Successful people also understand the value of their time. Not only will they focus on the most important things that have to be done. But they are aware what has to be ignored in order to maximize the use of their time.

To maximize their time they will have to take a realistic look at their activities and eliminate the old unproductive habits. The old habits will have to replace with new activities that with form the basis of forming new and more productive habits that will help them to maximize the use of their time and to accelerate their success journey.

There is no one single thing that determines a person success but there are number of things that can derail a person’s success journey. The improper use of time can become a major road block in a person’s success journey that prevents them from reaching their potential.

Professionals know what to do and what to ignore . . . . be that professional. Your life and career will take on new meaning and you will maximize the use of your time and energy to achieve your life’s goals.

To Achieve Success You Have To . . . .

To Achieve Success You Have To . . . .
“Failures are divided into two classes – those who
thought and never did, and those who did
and thought.”
John Charles Salak, Writer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

To achieve success you have to . . . .

Within all of us are dreams.

The dreams to make more money . . . . to live in a bigger home . . . .to have a happy relationship . . . . to make more money . . . . to be recognized for your talents . . . . to live a full and happy life there are just a few of many dreams.

The dreams become to you . . . . and they are unique to who you are.

In order to full fill your dreams you have decide what it is that you want. Without knowing what you want there will be very little or no direction for you future . . . . and no target to aim for.

Think about what you want your life to be and where you want your life to take you . . . . and what you want to accomplish.

As you think about your future it will focus you on the outcome that you want to achieve. The clearer your thinking becomes the clearer the vision of future will become.

When you have a clear vision of your future embedded in your thinking, create a written plan of action. Your plan will set the course to achieve your desired outcome and your goals.

Your thinking will put you in the driver seat of your success journey, your planning with give you the direction for your success journey. But

only you can put the key in the ignition to steer your success journey in the right direction.

To achieve success you have to . . . . think it – plan it – and do it.

There is No Doubt That I Can and I Will Do It

There is No Doubt That I Can and I Will Do It
The secret of making something work in your lives is,
first of all, the deep desire to make it work:
then the faith and belief that it can work:
then to hold that clear definite vision
in your consciousness  and see it
working out step by step,
without one thought of doubt in his belief.”
Eileen Caddy, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

There is no doubt that I can and I will do it

The achievers in life live their life . . . . with a sense of purpose and positive beliefs.

Achievers have a clear vision on what they want to accomplish in their thoughts long before they take the first step to turn their vision into their desired outcome. They will step forward without doubt or hesitation to reach their goals.

The achiever knows with conviction that they can do what has to be done to be successful . . . . they know that they can do it and they will do it successfully.

There is no doubt in their mind that they can do what is required . . . . of them to succeed. They will move forward with an attitude the leaves no doubt in their mind that they can and that they will succeed.

An achievers attitude keeps them moving in the right direction through . . . . the thick and thin of their success journey. They will maintain the spirit of no doubt in their mind . . . . and that spirit will be reflected in their work ethic and in their attitude.

The achiever sees the outcome that they want to accomplish in their thinking . . . . and they will focus their thoughts and actions into turning their vision a reality.

Achievers believe in their thought that they will succeed and have the mind set of “there is no doubt that I can and I will do it . . . . successfully.
