A Mentor Helps to Bring Out Your Best

A Mentor Helps to Bring Out Your Best
“A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within
you, than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you.”
Bob Proctor, Speaker, Success coach

As I see it . . . . . . .

A mentor helps to bring out your best

A mentor sees you as a person . . . . and at the same time they will see you’re potential.

They seem to come into your life at just the right time. They are there to offer you a helping hand . . . .  pull you forward . . . . or a push in the right direction to bring out the best in you.

A mentor seems to know what you need and when we need it. But there are times that you’re going to have to ask for assistance.

Given the right opportunity the mentor will stretch your personal belief system . . . . and your thinking in breaking out of your current mind set. They will stretch you into a world of new possibilities . . . . and opportunities that would not be reached with your current thinking.

A mentor will get you to believe in yourself and in your potential. They will help you to step into future . . . . And expand your horizons to see things as they can be and offer the helping hand and advice to get you there.

You can achieve anything that you believe can. The mentor will introduce new thinking including new methods . . . . and strategies to move you in the right direction.

Surround yourself with people that will mentor and motivate you. Then take the responsibility to motivate your self everyday on the journey to personal greatness.

Mentors bring out your best when you are receptive to new thinking and view you future through the eyes of a possible attitude.

Some People Will Support You . . . . Others Won’t

Motivational Power Quote

Some People Will Support You . . . . Others Won’t
People will exercise great effort and creativity to make our
plan work, and sometimes expend just as much effort
and creativity to make your plan fail.”
Bob Klas, CEO Tapemark

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Some people will support you . . . . other won’t

You have to find the right person . . . . the one that will support you in achieving your goals and dreams. They will become a special person in your life.  One that will help to grow your potential . . . . to become the person that we where meant to be.

Your special person will be there for you on the good days . . . . and they will be there to support you through the challenges that you encounter. The important thing is that they will be there for you.

As important as it is to have someone to support you on your success journey it’s equally important for you to know . . . . who you will have to avoid.

There are people that you will meet that their number one goal in life will be to distract you . . . . and to detail your success journey. They get personal satisfaction when they see people fail and they will do everything in their power to push a person into the direction of failure.

Pick your associations wisely and associate with the people that will booster you
. . . . and mentor you in the direction of success.

Success is a team sport and the people that you surround yourself with will play a major role on the direction that your life takes and the level of success you achieve.

Some people will support you . . . . others won’t . . . . find the people that will make a positive differences in your life. Treat them like gold because they are one of your most precious assets and resource to booster you on your success journey.

When The Mentor Arrives Except Them

Motivational Power Quote

When The Mentor Arrives Except Them
“A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want
to hear, who has you see what you don’t want to see,
so you can be who you to have always known you could be.”
Tom Landry 1924 - 2000, Football Coach

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When the mentor arrives except them

The mentor is there to help you to release your potential and . . . . see you become the person that you were meant to be

Within each of us is the special person . . . . that person is who we were meant to be. That person is waiting there to be released and . . . . to come into the world and flourish. There is only one person that can release your potential and that person is your

When your potential is released you become the person that you were meant to be and that person is you.

There will be a time that someone comes into your life that has the potential to change you and your world. Open your minds to the potential that’s within you.

The mentor has the capacity to coach you . . . .  mentor you . . . . encourage you . . . . and motivate you to a higher level.

That person ignites a spark deep within you and that spark changes you and your world forever.

When the mentor arrives except them and grasps the opportunity . . . . Be receptive to their advice and counsel that they offer. Be open mined to the need to adjust and to make the changes that will change the quality of your life.

Be the person that you were meant to be and listen with an open mind to your mentor and . . . . act with a passion. You will see the possibilities that are available when we change your thinking from what was in the past to what can be in your future.

Don’t Allow Others to Define You

Motivational Power Quote

Don’t Allow Others to Define You
“We not allow other peoples limited perceptions to define us.”
Virginia Satir 1916 - 1988, American Author, Psychologist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Don’t allow others to define you

Others may have an option of you, but it’s their option and their option does not define you. It’s just an option.

You are responsible for your life; don’t allow other to define you and try to control you or your life.

If it’s to be it will be up to you; don’t let others set your standards or your limits.

You are responsible for your actions and the results: don’t allow other define your actions, your results or interfere with your success journey.

Set your standards high and above other people’s options and you will standout and stand above their options.

You control your success and set the standards high for your success. Don’t allow others to define your success through their negative attitude. Be your own person and create positive relationships with the people that will encourage and mentor you to succeed.

Eliminate your negative relationships.

Don’t allow others to define you in the negative, for they are small people with small minds with an option and their option only counts in their own mind.

The Goal of Education

Motivational Power Quote

The Goal of Education
“The function of education is to
teach one to think intensively
and to think critically,
intelligence plus character-
that is the goal of true education.”
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The goal of education . . . .

True education prepares a person to successful function and complete in life and to develop the social skills to effectively interact with others.

There are multiple parts to effective education.

There needs to be a teacher willing to educate and mentor the student to the best of their ability and being out the best in the student

The student needs to be a receptive and is willing to open their mind to education and the application of that knowledge.

But most important for the education of the younger generation are the parents.

The parents need to be there to encourage their children to learn and recognize their full potential to full fill their destiny. Parents are critical in supporting the education process for their children and become an active participant in their education.

Where there is no effective education there is no progress in a person’s life and person’s life become unfulfilled.

An educated person has the advantage of knowledge, skills and gains the advantage of confidence.
