As I see it. . . . . . . .
Change will happens
One of the constants in our life is change, how we respond to that change will make all the differences.
Some people see change as an opportunity and will welcome change with open arms. Other people resist change and only act when they are backed into a corner and forced to change.
In either case change will happen.
Taking charge of change puts you in control on how you will response to change and will influence the outcome.
Change will happen and our choice will we be an active participant or stand on the side lines of life.

Take Decisive Action
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Take decisive action.
The way we live our life is our choice, we can a life of purpose where we decision to fulfill our dreams or we can wish we did. The choices we make are in our control.
Fulfilling our dreams takes decisive action on our part. We are the only person that can make the choice on the way we live our lives. Other people may try to influence you and your choices, but you choose to accept or reject there influence.
Our dreams will not become a reality without taking decisive action to make them happen. We can dream but without decisive action our dreams slowly fade away and are never realized.
Live a life of “I’m glad I did” and you will live without regret.
Take decisive action to fulfill your dreams.

Our Information Will Influence Our Judgment
Motivational Power Quote
Our Information Will Influence Our Judgment
“A business man’s judgment
is no better than
his information.”
Robert P. Lamont
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Our information will influence our judgment.
When we are asked by our customers for assistants the information that we give them is critical in the business process.
The information we offer our customers is based on our skills, and accumulated knowledge. Our depth of our knowledge becomes the resource for the information that we offer.
Our judgment of our customer’s motivations needs and their circumstances will determine the information we offer them.
Our information will influence our judgment on how to best help our customers.
Providing accurate information to someone determines the confidence that person has in us and our level of influence with the person.

Influence Others by Example
Motivational Power Quote
Influence Others by Example
“Setting an example
is not the main means of influencing others
it’s the only means.”
Albert Einstein, inventor
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Influence others by example.
We have the capacity to influence thousands of people over our lifetime. The question then becomes how will we influence them? Will we be a positive and memorable influence, a negative influence, or no influence at all?
Our influence with others will be judged by the examples we set and the way others see us as a result of those examples.
When we consistently set positive examples for others we will be recognized as a person of influence, and that influence builds positive relationships.
People of influence become leaders in their field. The foundation of their influence becomes their relationships which are built on trust. As a leader people will value your opinion.
Set a positive example and be seen a person of influence.
