There is a fountain of youth

For thousands of years people have searched the world for the fountain of youth . . . . and they didn’t realize that the fountain of youth was within their reach.

The fountain of youth is in your heart . . . . and in the way you live your life . . . . and not in the number of years in the life.

When you surround yourself with people that you care for . . . . and you love them will find the spirit of the fountain of youth in your relationships. The people in your life will treat you in like kind . . . . and will bring happiness . . . . and fulfillment into your live.

Your relationships will keep you young at heart . . . . young in spirit . . . . and bring sunshine into your life.

You will discover the fountain of youth in your heart when you allow the wonderment of your inner child to come to the surface. 

There are times that we have to look at the world through the eyes of a child. As a child tries to learn how to ride a bike, they will fall down . . . . and they will get up and try again. The process will continue until they learn how to ride the bike. The child will forget about falling down . . . . and remember the joy of learning to ride the bike.

A child will fall and try again. The fountain of youth is in picking yourself up after you fall.

When a child is told no . . . . they ask and ask again. You have to continue to ask.

A child knows . . . . how to say I’m sorry.

A child knows . . . . how to give and receive unconditional love.

Our childhood is a wonderful time of discovery.

A child knows . . . . how cry . . . . and how to shake it off.

Most of all children enjoy life . . . . and playing in the sandbox.

You will find the fountain of youth is in your heart . . . . and surrounding yourself with the people that you care for and love.

There is a fountain of youth . . . . it’s found in enjoying your life . . . .  enjoying playing in the sandbox . . . . and in getting up after you fall.

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Love is like a river that flows into your life

Love flows through many twists and turns . . . . and like the river there will be various degrees of depths. A river flow can become a trickle . . . . or it can accelerate like a rapids.

Navigating a river like love can create an enormous source of varied emotions . . . . . One that lifts a person’s spirits to the highest of heights or drag them down to the lowest of lows.

Love can make a person’s day fly by when there with the right person . . . . or make there day seem to go on forever when they not.

Love can make a person feel that their . . . . walking on water or their carrying an anchor. 

Much like navigating the river love is a journey. To fully enjoy the journey you have to be willing . . . . to share the experience of the journey with a very special person.

Love is like a river that flows into your life . . . . You will have to weather the changing condition that you encounter. You have to commit yourself to journey and have the strength to endure the journey together. Love has the strength to be able to weather the test of time and to cut a new path through the obstacles that confront you.

Our most perishable possession

If we don’t use it, it withers away from lack of use. When it’s nurtured it multiples and everyone that comes in contact with it is positively affected by it.

When we love someone we become filled with positive emotions and love grows within us.

Studies show that people that are in love live a fuller and emotionally richer life. They tend to live a happier and longer life as a result of the relationship.

You have it in you, release and you and your world with change. Keep locked away and it will perish.

Our most perishable possession is the ability to give and receive love.
