As I see it. . . . . . . .

Dump the old outdated thinking

We all do it . . . . we are carrying the baggage of old outdated thinking with us. The weight of that baggage becomes an anchor that’s a weight on your shoulders and creates a drag on your careers and hindering your future success.

You have to dump the old outdated thinking . . . .  and replace it with new relevant thinking that will become a booster to your career.

Thinking is a habit and old unproductive thinking has become an ingrained habit that pulls you in the wrong direction . . . . and further away from success.

The best way to replace an old habit is to replace it with a new habit.

Indentify the old thinking that you want to replace . . . . and create  new and productive thinking pattern.   

An example the old thinking is the market is full of distressed properties and they take a lot of effort to close the sale. The new thinking is, the market is full of distressed properties they will take a professional like myself to effectively sell and close the sale. Also the properties represent an excellence source for income and future referrals. 

How we look at things determine what you see. Dump the old outdates thinking and replace the thinking with new productive thought patterns that is in harmony with your goals and that will take you to the next level of success,

Determination makes everything possible

The difference between what becomes possible for one person . . . . and impossible for other is in a person’s determination.

Tommy Lasorda played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for 4 years and appeared in just 26 games as a pitcher. In his entire major league baseball career as a player he never won a game and lost 4 games.

Tommy Lasorda used his knowledge of baseball and his determination to propel him to the next level.

He became a hall of fame manager for the Dodgers. Tommy was twice being named manager of the year, winning 1599 games and 2 World Series over a 21 year career as the Dodgers manger.

Lasorda found what was possible in his determination and he pursued his career with passion and enthusiasm.

That determination resides within all of us. You have to reach down into your character to release your determination.

Determination makes everything possible your actions makes it a reality.

Turn the good into the exceptional  

There will be times in your life that a person enters it that has the capacity . . . . to have a positive impact on your lives and future. That person brings with them their life experiences and knowledge to you and is willing to share their expertise with you.

You can open your mind and become receptive to listening to the information and drawing on the person knowledge . . . . to enhance our life or we can elect to ignore them.

Turn the good into the exceptional is taking your current level of thinking and expertise . . . . and moving it to the next level.  You have to willing . . . . to open your mind to except new information and concepts. Be willing to sharpen your existing skills . . . . and to apply new techniques and strategies to become exceptional.

A thin slice of difference between the good and the exceptional . . . . is in stepping out of our comfort zone of doing what’s always been done. And stepping into the possible zone of stretching your minds to acquire additional knowledge . . . . and applying that new knowledge in a positive fashion to become better and grow into become exceptional.

Most people start their success journey to be good at what they do in order to achieve their goals. They are committed to achieve success . . . . and will work hard to reach their goals.   

The person that’s passionate about their life and career are lifelong learners . . . . and the will apply their knowledge and skills to succeed. They will continually push forward . . . .and move closer and closer to their goals.  That person will find that they will turn the good into the exceptional.
