Do your best

Do your best and you’ll make forward progress; those who try to get by with a limited effort make excuses.

Do your best at the small jobs, and turn your small jobs into small successes. Over time your small successes will turn into a large success.

Each small success turns into a stepping stones to greater opportunities; greater success and those stepping stones are leading you closer to achieving your goals.

When you give your best at the small jobs you’re building the foundation for excellences in your life. You excellences will support you on your success journey and in living a full and productive life and enjoying successful career.

A diamond starts in the rough and polished into brilliance

We are a lot like a diamond in the rough . . . . We have to polish ourselves to bring the brilliance to the surface.

You have within you a special talent to succeed that’s waiting to emerge itself into the light of the day.

Your life is like a diamond in the rough, when you first see the diamond it doesn’t look like much and you won’t see the value.

It’s not until you start to work on the diamond does the value begin to come to the surface. You have to apply an effort to create value in the diamond. To bring value to the diamond requires shaping it, smoothing and polishing it into a brilliant and valuable gem.

Without effort the diamond has very little or no real value. To create a successful career takes effort for you to reach our full potential.

Your talent needs to be developed and polished into a high level of brilliance to show its true colors and value. You have to sharpen your skills to compete in a highly completive business environment and succeed.
