Your Thoughts Make You Who You Become

Motivational Power Quote

Your Thoughts Make You Who You Become
If you start to think the problem is out there,
stop yourself. That though is the problem.”
Stephen R. Covey 1932 - 2012, American Businessman,
Educator, Author, Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your thoughts make you who you become

Focus your thoughts on the things that are important to you in your life . . . . and the things will turn into your priorities.

Center your thoughts on achieving your goals . . . .  and you will find a way to achieve them.

Keep your thoughts focused on solving the problems that you encounter . . . . and you are focusing your thoughts on successful solutions.

When you focus your thoughts on a problem . . . . you will see the problem . . . . and you will miss the solutions and the opportunities.

Be determined to keep your thoughts focused on being a productive and positive person . . . . and you fuel your success journey with a positive can do it attitude.

You live your life in your thoughts and what you do . . . . what you accomplish . . . . and who you become are first achieved in your thoughts . . . . and then they become a reality.

Your thoughts create the direction for your life . . . . and over time your thoughts make you who you become.

Your Emotions are a Powerful Motivator

Motivational Power Quote

Your Emotions are a Powerful Motivator
“Our emotions are powerful motivators, and more than
almost anything else in our lives they will drive our
behavior. Sometimes our greatest challenge is to get inside
our own heads to understand what makes us tick. Why do
we feel and behave the way we do.”
Mac Anderson, founder of the Simple Truth & Successories

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your emotions are a powerful motivator

Once you understand what makes you act the way you do . . . . you start to understand the powerful forces that are in your emotions.

The person that can control their emotions can control the course of their destiny.

Pull Other People Up

Motivational Power Quote

Pull Other People Up
There are two ways of exerting one’s strength:
one is pushing down, the other is pulling up.”
Booker T. Washington 1856 - 1915, African American
Educator, Author, Orator

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Pull other people up

There are two ways that a person can lead their lives . . . . and find their real strength and purpose.

One can lead a life of pushing the people around down. They will also try to suppress the person’s personal growth . . . . and ambitions while restraining the person’s progress and success.

This type of person has self-esteem issues . . . . and is they are trying to conceal it by treating the people around them harshly. By pushing people down gives that person the false allusion of satisfaction.

This person will eventually . . . . self-destruct.

There is another type of person that spends their lifetime in pulling and pushing people up.

They are the mentors in life . . . . that person will be there to give a person a boost at just the right time . . . . and help them to push up when it’s needed.

The mentors are the giver in life and what they do is not done for recognition or personal gain. The giver gains person satisfaction in helping others to succeed . . . . and in helping them to achieve their goals.

But something happens along the way for a giver, they become recognized for what they have done . . . . and what they have contributed to others. They will attract success through their efforts of giving.

There are two types of pushers in life the person who pushes people down . . . . and the person that pushes people up and boosters them. There are light years of differences between the two.

The path way to success and achievement is to pull other people up and you will find your strength and purpose.

Be On Purpose With the Use of Your Time

Motivational Power Quote

Be On Purpose With the Use of Your Time
Ordinary people think merely of spending time.
Great people think of use it.”
Source unknown

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Be on purpose with the use of your time

The day is yours to do with it . . . . as you please.

You can take your 24 hours . . . . and use it with a purpose in creating value in your day and in your time. Or you can spend it as you please in ways . . . . that may or may not return any value to you or your time.

There is always freedom in what you choose to do with your time. But there is a price that you pay on how you decide to use your time. Time used with a purpose is well used . . . . and is returns to you with interest. Time poorly used is gone forever . . . . and returns no lasting value to you.

When you recognize that your time is a precious resource and you use it with a purpose. It becomes a vehicle that can be used . . . . to create success and prosperity in your life.

Use your time with a purpose and you will harness the power of your time . . . . and you will take control of your days and your life.

Be on purpose with the use of your time . . . . and you will live an on purpose life.

It May Not Work

Motivational Power Quote

It May Not Work
“People who come up with “It may not work” or “What are we going
to do if it fails? Do not have the credentials to be businessman. If this
is only a 1 percent chance of success, a true business person sees
that 1 percent as the spark to light a fire.”
Kim Woo-Choong, South Korean Businessman

As I see it . . . . . . .

It may not work

When you buy into the premise that something will not work . . . . you create a self fulfilling prophecy of it not working.

What you believe to be true in your thinking . . . . becomes true through your actions.

There is no such thing as . . . . as a such thing. And you see this in every aspect of life and in the business world.

When you have the passion and determination in an undertaking . . . . you can drive it home and into a success by the sheer force of your will.

It may not work . . . . is covering your butt before you start a task and creates an easy way out if it doesn’t work. Using it may work also is a sign that your not commitment to successful outcome.

A business professional that’s committed to find a way and to succeed . . . . will find a way. They will become . . . . a successful business professional and move to the forefront of their profession. The person that comes to the table with it may not work . . . . lives with their belief.

Don’t Limit Your Choices . . . . of What’s Possible

Motivational Power Quote

Don’t Limit Your Choices . . . . of What’s Possible
If you limit your choices only to what seems possible
or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you
truly want, and all that left is a compromise.
Robert Fritz, author and management consultant

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Don’t limit your choices . . . . of what’s possible

It’s possible . . . . when you believe it’s possible.

There are no limitations on what can be possible . . . . when you believe that it’s possible.

The difference between what is possible and what is not possible is fundamentally in your thinking. What a person believes . . . . is the foundation for their actions.

When a person believes it to be possible in their thoughts they will pursue what they believe with passion . . . . and will go through brick walls to create successful results.

It’s possible when you believe it’s possible . . . . and you do what has to be done to make what we believe to become a reality. When you believe it’s possible . . . . you can do it.

Don’t limit your choices . . . . of what’s possible be a possibility thinker. Believe that if you can think it . . . . and you believe it’s possible it becomes possible.

Turn the Good Into the Exceptional

Motivational Power Quote

Turn the Good Into the Exceptional
The task of the excellent teacher is to stimulate
apparently ordinary people to unusual effort.
The tough problem is not to the identifying winners:
it is in making winners out o ordinary people.”
K. Patricia Cross, Scholar of Education

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Turn the good into the exceptional

There will be times in your life that a person enters it that has the capacity . . . . to have a positive impact on your lives and future. That person brings with them their life experiences and knowledge to you and is willing to share their expertise with you.

You can open your mind and become receptive to listening to the information and drawing on the person knowledge . . . . to enhance our life or we can elect to ignore them.

Turn the good into the exceptional is taking your current level of thinking and expertise . . . . and moving it to the next level.  You have to willing . . . . to open your mind to except new information and concepts. Be willing to sharpen your existing skills . . . . and to apply new techniques and strategies to become exceptional.

A thin slice of difference between the good and the exceptional . . . . is in stepping out of our comfort zone of doing what’s always been done. And stepping into the possible zone of stretching your minds to acquire additional knowledge . . . . and applying that new knowledge in a positive fashion to become better and grow into become exceptional.

Most people start their success journey to be good at what they do in order to achieve their goals. They are committed to achieve success . . . . and will work hard to reach their goals.

The person that’s passionate about their life and career are lifelong learners . . . . and the will apply their knowledge and skills to succeed. They will continually push forward . . . .and move closer and closer to their goals.  That person will find that they will turn the good into the exceptional. As a result they will reap the benefits of the harvest of the efforts and journey of being an exceptional person.
