When It Doesn’t Feel Right It’s Probably Isn’t

Motivational Power Quotes

When It Doesn’t Feel Right It’s Probably Isn’t
If it doesn’t feel right it’s probably isn’t.
If it doesn’t look right it’s probably isn’t.
If you’re ever in question don’t take it.”
Dave Mills, author

As I see it . . . . . . . .

When it doesn’t feel right it’s probably isn’t

Doing what’s right is more important . . . . than doing what’s politically correct.

There will be times that you are going to be asked to make a decision. That decision will be to choice between doing what’s right and doing what’s politically correct.

Doing what’s right is making the decision that you know what is right in your heart. You also know that the decision is the right one to make and the right one for the parties involved.

When you do what’s right not everyone will be happy with your decision . . . . but it’s the right decision to make.

The question become one of what is the right thing to do and who are you making the decision for?

When you make the decision to do what’s politically correct you’re making the decision to meet other people’s expectations. They may feel good about the decision but in the long run you know in your heart that you have not made the right decision.

The person that does what’s right is making that decision based on their values and their character and in time people will judge you by your character and your actions.

When it’s doesn’t feel right it’s probably isn’t . . . . and the decision that you make is your decision to make.

Failure Is Not an Overnight Event

Motivational Power Quote

Failure Is Not an Overnight Event
Failure is not single, cataclysmic event.
You don’t fail overnight.
Instead, failure is a few errors in judgment,
repeated everyday.”
Jim Rohn 1930 - 2009, American Entrepreneur, Author,
Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Failure is not an overnight event

Failure is created when a person continuously repeats negative behavior until the behavior grows to a point to where it creates . . . . a total breakdown of the person’s forward momentum. That breakdown will bring the person’s success journey . . . . to the dead stop of failure.

On a daily basis you have to balance your decisions in favor of success. If you are thrown off the balance the scales can tilt in . . . . the wrong direction which will move you in the wrong direction.

Your days become a reflection of your decisions and when you balance those decisions in favor of success you will reach a positive tipping point in your life. Your life will become a mirror of your decisions and will have tipped the scale of your life in the direction of success.

Failure is not an overnight event . . . . and success is a process the path that you choose to follow is your choice.

Training Separates The Great From The Good

Motivational Power Quote

Training Separates The Great From The Good
There is nothing training cannot do.
Nothing is above its reach.
It can turn bad moral to good:
it can destroy bad principles
and recreate good ones;
it can lift men to angel ship.”
Mark Twin 1835 - 1910, America Writer, Humorist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Training separates the great from the good

Great companies and great people had a common trait; they know what to do . . . .  why to do it . . . . how to do it . . . . and when to do.

How they respond to the things that come into their lives and their actions are not random acts. They have prepared themselves . . . . to handle various situations and conditions. They respond to their conditions based on their training and the expertise that has been accumulated through their training and practical application.

Great companies and great people have prepared themselves to be . . . . in control of their destiny and the conditions that they encounter. As a result of their preparation and they are in control how they respond to the conditions. They will find themselves repeatedly responding effectively to their conditions.

Great people have taken on the personal responsibility to control their destiny. They have conditioned their mind to think through various scenarios seeking out the best solutions.

The one common tread in great companies and great people is training. Both have been trained for maximum efficiently and are able to compete at the highest levels successfully.

They have conditioned themselves to successfully navigate the conditions that they encounter . . . . and they will put themselves into a position to succeed.

One of the keys elements is training separates the great from the good is the commitment to continuous training and education. That commitment puts a company or a person on the leading edge for achieving their goals and success.  To become great you have to condition your thoughts through training your mind to think in terms of being great.

Life is Like a Rubix Cube

Motivational Power Quote

Life is Like a Rubix Cube
Love is like a Rubix Cube, there are countless numbers
of wrong twists and turns, but when you get it right,
it looks perfect not matter what way you look at it”
Brian Cramer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Life is like a Rubix Cube

When you first look at a Rubix Cube . . . . it looks easy. But when you start to put it back in order you’ll find a lot of twist and turns that leads nowhere and you have to keep starting over.   The task looks insurmountable. Everything seems to be in disarray and there doesn’t seem to be any practical way to put the Rubix Cube back in order.

Love and life is a lot like the Rubix Cube. There will be days that you look at the twist and turns and everything seems to . . . . be hopelessly and in scrambles. Yet someone will come along and looks at the same Rubix Cube and will know how to put in back order . . . . and will do it in what seems to be minutes.

The person that can put the Rubix Cube back in order in minutes doesn’t do by chance they have mastered the Rubix Cube. In order to put your life in order you have to become . . . . the master of your life and your destiny.

Love and life has many similarities to a Rubix Cube. What seems to be in disarray can be put back in order . . . . by the person who knows what they’re doing. That person has prepared themselves for that moment in time . . . . and is prepared to successfully find the way.

They also remain flexible in their approach because they not sure what they’re going to encounter . . . . but they are steadfast on the desired outcome.

If life hands you a Rubix Cube, it’s your Rubix Cube. You have to figure it out and there may be many attempts at getting it right before you succeed. But you can also ask for help.

Love and . . . . life is like a Rubix Cube . . . . and we will encounter many twists and turns stay composed and remember the Rubix Cube is a work in process. But when you get it right it will look great.

Create Your Future

Motivational Power Quote

Create Your Future
The best way to predict the future is to create it.”
Peter F. Drucker, Management Expert

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Create your future

The future is what you make it . . . . and the best way to predict the future is to create it.

The future can be anything . . . . that you want it to be.

One person will have a vision of their future where they see it a bright future with of unlimited possibilities. They view their success journey . . . . as a journey of opportunity to fulfill their goals and to continually move them closer to success.

You create your future and your future will be successful journey . . . . and where you will achieve you goals and live your dreams.

Another person will look at their future and see it as a desert a barren region where nothing grows. What they see in their future is a wasteland where they can barely sustain themselves and everything looks bleak and a struggle to survive.

They’re predicting their future to be one limited or no success.

Both people are looking at their future through the prospective of tomorrow . . . . when in fact the future that you create is today.

A person creates their future . . . . in the way they think.

The winner, doers and achievers in life think about their future from the prospective what can be possible and continue to search for opportunities. They believe their future will be better then their past and . . . . they move forward with the confidence that they will achieve success.

The person that thinks about their future with uncertainly will find that they have created a future without direction.

The future that you want to create . . . .  is created in your thinking.

You can create your future . . . . when you create the future in your mind and see it exactly as you want it to be.
