As I see it. . . . . . . .

Achieving success is a work in process

Success is much like that pear tree. You have to cultivate the fields of your career before you can plant the seeds of your success. In your career you have to prepare your mind and spirit . . . . and make a personal commitment to pursue your success with passion.

The first step of success is preparation . . . .

Once you have prepared yourself for success you plant the seeds for a successful career. To see your career flourish you have to plant your seeds of success . . . . to grow deep roots. Those roots have to withstand the winds of the challenges that you will face in your life.   

The second step of success is you have to plant the seeds of success to grow deep roots . . . .

When your success seeds have been success planted the real work begin. You will have to continually work the field of your career . . . . to ensure the tree grows and bears fruit.

The third step of success is you have to maintain your success journey with the continuous enchantments of knowledge and skills and to be a life long learner.

Achieving success is a work in process . . . . and at times a moving target. Your advanced preparation will get you started on the right path and gives you the ability to adjust to the changing conditions in your life.

The third step of success is success is a moving target . . . . and you have to adjust . . . . and adapt our strategies to the changing conditions in our career.

You will have to put down deep roots and stand strong in the face of adversity. There will be no success without the commitment to weather the storms in your life.

Achieve success is a work in process . . . . and is achieved when you focus on the process of success and your efforts on continuous personal improvement to become the best that you can be.

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Life is like a Rubix Cube

When you first look at a Rubix Cube . . . . it looks easy. But when you start to put it back in order you’ll find a lot of twist and turns that leads nowhere and you have to keep starting over.   The task looks insurmountable. Everything seems to be in disarray and there doesn’t seem to be any practical way to put the Rubix Cube back in order.

Love and life is a lot like the Rubix Cube. There will be days that you look at the twist and turns and everything seems to . . . . be hopelessly and in scrambles. Yet someone will come along and looks at the same Rubix Cube and will know how to put in back order . . . . and will do it in what seems to be minutes.

The person that can put the Rubix Cube back in order in minutes doesn’t do by chance they have mastered the Rubix Cube. In order to put your life in order you have to become . . . . the master of your life and your destiny. 

Love and life has many similarities to a Rubix Cube. What seems to be in disarray can be put back in order . . . . by the person who knows what they’re doing. That person has prepared themselves for that moment in time . . . . and is prepared to successfully find the way.

They also remain flexible in their approach because they not sure what they’re going to encounter . . . . but they are steadfast on the desired outcome.

If life hands you a Rubix Cube, it’s your Rubix Cube. You have to figure it out and there may be many attempts at getting it right before you succeed. But you can also ask for help.

Love and . . . . life is like a Rubix Cube . . . . and we will encounter many twists and turns stay composed and remember the Rubix Cube is a work in process. But when you get it right it will look great.
