It’s Your Attitude and the Way You
Look at Things
“Realize that there are not hopeless situations;
there are people who take hopeless attitudes.”
Dr. Norman Vincent 1898 - 1993, Minister, Author
As I see it. . . . . . . .
It’s your attitude and the way you look
at things
As you travel the path way of your
success journey you will encounter many difference situations. Some of the
situations will seem to be overwhelming and hopeless to resolve.
There are no hopeless situations only
situations with various degrees of difficulties.
The attitude that you bring into a situation
will determine the way you look at the condition and what course you take in
resolving the situation. Your attitude that you have at the beginning of a
challenging situation will very likely determine the final outcome.
The attitude that you bring into any
situation is a choice.
You can choose to bring a solution
driven attitude into the circumstances and to seek out the best possible
answers and solutions. With a solution driven attitude you are focused on a
successful outcome and your time and efforts have a purpose.
There is also another choice of entering
the same situation with an attitude of being overwhelmed.
With this attitude you become focused on
the condition and not the solutions, your time becomes misdirected and or
efforts wasted. This type of attitude has you looking in the rear view mirror
and takes your eyes off the road in front of you. By focusing on the conditions
you very seldom ever look forward for the solutions and as a result the
conditions are not resolved and in many cases become worst.
Things become hopeless when you take your
eyes off of finding successful solutions.
There are no hopeless situations only
hopeless negative attitudes that take us off course.
It’s your attitude and the way you look
at things . . . . that determines what you see . . . . and your course of
action.
