The Face of a Business is People

Motivational Power Quote

The Face of a Business is People
The mechanics of industry is easy. The real engine is
the people: their motivation and direction.”
Ken Gilbert, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The face of a business is people

The difference between a good business and a great business . . . . is people. They become the heart . . . . and the face of the business.

A team of motivated people will boost the morale of the entire business and become the leading edge of the businesses customer satisfaction program. The team’s motivation will rub off on the people that they come in contact with and create a positive impact with their customers and within the business community.

A team of motivated people will pull people together . . . . to work collectively as a team to achieve the businesses goals.

The people set the tone for a business, customer expectations and become the spirit of the business.

The face of a business is the people . . . . and their motivation pulls everything together for the company and its people to reach a higher level of success.

Unlocking the Secret to Customer Satisfaction

Motivational Power Quote

Unlocking the Secret to Customer Satisfaction
There’s no great mystery to satisfying your customers.
Build them a quality product and treat them with
respect. it’s that simple.”
Lee Iacocca, auto executive

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Unlocking the secret to customer satisfaction

A key to satisfying customers is to understand your customer, their motivation, their needs and their expectations. Creating customers satisfaction is not created in a vacuum, it’s a joint venture between the customer, your company and yourself.

Your product has to meet the customer’s needs and exceed the customer’s expectations in order to be of value to them.

A product that falls short in meeting a customer’s expectations either will result in no business being transacted, no referrals or no future business. Missed expectations creates a, lose – lose situation for all of the parties.

In most cases your product is your service. Your service has to exceed the customer’s expectation for you to remain competitive and to compete in a competitive business environment. Establish the customer’s expectations for your service and make every effort to exceed that expectation.

Be respectful of the customer’s and their needs and you will build rapport and confidence with the customer’s

Unlocking the secret to customer satisfaction is in understanding the customer and exceeding their expectations.

Rule Number One

Motivational Power Quote

Rule Number One
“Rule number one: the customer is always right.
Rule number two: if the customer is wrong,
see rule number on!”
Steve Leonard

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Rule number one

We don’t win arguments with a customer, the only thing an argument does is widen the gap to a successful resolution. It may make us feel good engaging in an argument with a customer, but in the long run we come out the loser.

Once a customer becomes agitated it’s very difficult to create a satisfied customer experience. We may resolve the issue but the customer is never truly happy and the likely hood of referrals or future business become non existent.

The best resolution to customer issues is to understand their needs and look for solutions. Be non conformational and be seen as a facilitator not a combatant.

When in doubt remember rule number one.

Start Today to Make a Brand New Ending

Motivational Power Quote

Start Today to Make a Brand New Ending

“No one can go back and make
a brand new start.
Anyone can start from now and
make a brand new ending.”
Source unknown

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Start today to make a brand new ending.

Our time is a perishable resource and once the time has passed it will be gone forever. There is no way for us to go back into the past and reuse our time or change the results.

If we want to change the direction of our life it’s not in reliving the past but in changing the direction of our future starting now.

When we change the direction of our future we create new path and a new ending.

Consider what you want your life to be and make the changes that will move your life in that direction.

We can’t control the past, but we are able to control our future. There will still be challenges with our new direction, but there will be satisfaction in your efforts.

Your greatest satisfaction will come in creating a new ending for your success journey.

Give People More Then They Expect

Motivational Power Quote

Give People More Then They Expect
“Here is the simple
but powerful rule . . .
always give people more
then they expect to get.”
Nelson Boswell

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Give people more then they expect.

One of the most powerful rules of success and customer service is simple:

Set the expectations with people and then delivery more then what the people expect.

Exceeding expectation create a win-win situation for everyone involved. It also creates customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and is the foundation for referrals and sales success.

Treat the people you meet like gold and give them more then they expect, and in time you will receive more then you except.
