Have a Curious Mind
“Be Curious always! For knowledge will
not acquire you:
you must acquire it..”
Sudie Back, Associate Professor
As I see it . . . . . . .
Have a curious mind
Ask questions . . . . and seek out
knowledge.
Be a curious thinker . . . . and you
gather the information to expand your base of knowledge.
The person that’s curious will become a
knowledge magnet . . . . that will become a gateway to opportunities that would
have not been there without the increase of your knowledge.
A curious person is a lifelong learner .
. . . and reaches a depth of knowledge that an average person will never
achieve. As a result of being curious the person asks questions that others
won’t ask . . . . and looks for things that others can’t see.
Who are some of the curious people of
today, Bill Gates, of Microsoft who thinks in terms of what if? Steve Jobs of
Apple I believe has a mind that thinks in terms of what other can’t see and
thinks of out of the box.
Both Bill Gates and Steve Jobs have a
curious mind and they both took it to the next level they accumulated the skills
and knowledge to be on the leading edge of innovation their fields on endeavors.
Both took their curiosity and turned it into successful business models that
are industry leaders and personal success story.
Have a curious mind . . . . and accumulate
the knowledge . . . . and then act on your new found knowledge.
