Motivational Power Quote
Worrying is Exhausting
“It takes
a real storm in the average person’s life to make
him realize, how much worrying he has done
over a squalls .”
Unknown
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Worrying is exhausting
You can spend a lifetime worrying over
thing that never was . . . . or never will be. You can also spend your energy
worrying over that you can’t control.
Worrying is exhausting and a silent
killer . . . . and will drain the person’s energy and weaken their resolve to
push forward through their issues.
Most of the worrying in life is done
over things that don’t matter . . . . and will never be or things that we
absolutely have no control over.
When your faced with a challenging
situation worrying won’t help you .
. . . or the situation it will make things worst. Instead of worrying step back
and take a mental snap shot of the circumstances and ask yourself the following.
How important is it for this issue to be
resolved?
How does this issue effect you personally,
how does the issue affect your life, your career or your success?
What will happen if you’re not able to
resolve the issue?
What’s the likely outcome if you do
resolve the issue?
What is under your control to change,
adjust or to resolve?
What is out of your ability to control?
What’s your best course of action?
Take the action steps to resolve
anything that you feel is important to you and you have under your control to
do.
The best way to eliminate worrying is:
To look at
the circumstances from a realistic mindset and know what your options are.
Create a plan and the action steps to
resolve the situation to the best of you ability.
Select the best options and focus on the
solutions not the circumstance.
Take the actions to correct the issue
and move on.
Worrying is exhausting and is a silent
killer . . . . when you give in to worrying. Take the positive actions to
control the circumstances that you find yourself in . . . . or the
circumstances that you find yourself in will control you.
