As I see it. . . . . . . .
Be prepared to negotiate for what you
want
Everything that you want . . . . is
either owner or controlled by someone. If you want something it’s not going to
be handed to you. We’re going to have to . . . . successfully negotiate for it.
In your career you may feel that you
deserve a raise or to make more money . . . . in both cases if you want more money
you will have to earn it.
If you feel that you deserve more money
there are choices. You will have to become more proficient in your professional
and prove yourself and negotiate a raise with the company based on . . . . your
performance.
Or in commission sales you get better in
you’re choose field and increase business . . . . and your negotiating skills
to earn more money.
In both cases what you’re looking to
accomplish . . . . is increasing our income. In both cases what you’re seeking
is controlled by someone else (the money) and in both cases you have to get
better at what’re doing id to . . . . negotiate for increasing our share of the
money.
Be prepared to negotiate for what you
want . . . . by increasing your negotiating skills to become a more effective
negotiator.
