The person with the most information has strategic advantage . . . . and controls the communications.

Asking the right questions becomes a process of proactive communications. When you consistently apply the 80 – 20 rule of proactive listening you become a master communicator.

The 80 – 20 rule of proactive listening, is to listen 80% of the time.  To listen with a purpose . . . . listen with interest . . . . listen to understand . . . . and listen to gather information.

The master communicator remains in control of the conversation through their listening skills. They keep accumulating information that keeps them in control of the communications and the information the information flow.

Habits Create Our Future

Motivational Power Quote

Habits Create Our Future
“If you develop the habits of success,
you will make success a habit.”
Michael E. Angier, Owner Success Network International

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Habits create our future

The habits we develop form the foundation for our future success.

Habits are those things that we routinely do. They become so ingrained within us that we continue to do them without thinking about what we’re doing.

The habits that we form and repeat will shape our life.

Forming success habits is making a choice to succeed.

A habit may start as patterns of behavior in little things that we repeat do until we turn into a best practice. Success habits become building blocks and as we stack them we create forward momentum.

In time our success habits become ingrained in our thinking, become routinely repeated and become the foundation for our success.

We Will be Judged

Motivational Power Quote

We Will be Judged
“It matter not what road we take,
but rather what we
become on the journey.”
Michael E. Angier

As I see it. . . . . . . .

We will be judged

People will look at us and judge us through our actions.

It’s not the length of our success journey or the path we take; what’s important is what we become on our journey.

The success journey will take many twists and turns, how we respond to those events will become the foundation on the person we become.

There will be times where we can trade our values to move closer to success, or stay strong and retain your values to build our character.

Maintaining your values and building a solid foundation for your life, may not always be the fastest way to succeed or reach a goal. True success is found in our values and doing what’s right not in the speed of the journey.

Becoming the person you were meant to be is not an expressway it’s a road where we will encounter setbacks and obstacles. There’s a price of success and its hard work built on a bedrock of values and strong character.

We will be judge on our actions.

Success; Make It a Habit

Motivational Power Quote

Success; Make It a Habit

“If you develop the habits of success,
You will make success a habit.”
Michael E. Angier

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Success; make it a habit.

We all are creatures of our habits and what we most often do we become.

The habit’s we create today will form our future. The quality of our habits will determine the quality of our future.

Make a habit of success and success will follow. Make every effort to experience small successes everyday, and over time our small successes become a habit and have a big impact on our life.

Make success a habit and success will be yours.
