Fact . . . . People want to feel important

Life is about making the other person feel important . . . . and bringing value into their lives.

When you’re with someone, make them feel like the most important person in the world. Give them your full . . . . and undivided attention. Show them yours respect . . . . and make them feel like the most important person in the world.

Successes in life and in business come through making people feel important . . . . and helping them to get what they want. As you help others attract more of what they want . . . . you attract more of what you want.

Making people feel important, makes them feel good about themselves and in turn they will feel comfortable in your presents. As to the extent that you make people feel important they will bond with you. Which will becomes foundation to form a strong lasting business relationship based on rapport . . . . trust . . . .and confidence.

The people that you meet have an invisible sign around their neck that saying make me feel important. When you do . . . . you positively move their world. Also by making people feel important new doors will open that where not there for you in the past.

Fact . . . . People want to feel important.  Do your best to help them to feel that way . . . . and you will nurture . . . . and develop your business relationships to a higher and more productive level.

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Know what your alternatives are

Life is full of choices and alternatives.

If you come to a roadblock on your success journey, look for the alternative. Find a new path that will get you successfully to your goals . . . . and the best way to go around, over or through the roadblock.

A roadblock is a temporary condition.

How you respond to a roadblock is a choice. You can look at a roadblock as a dead end that brings your success journey to a complete stop. Or you can look at a roadblock as opportunity to strike out in a new direction . . . . and to find the alternative to get you to your destination.

Your success journey will require flexibility on your part to achieve the desired outcome. There will be times. Where you will have to seek out the alternatives to keep you on course to achieve your goals . . . . and to keep going in the right direction.

When you know what the alternatives are you’re able to move forward with confidence . . . .  and adjust quicker to get back on track and to resume your forward momentum.

Know your alternative . . . . and take the actions to get pass your roadblock. Move forward staying focused on your goals . . . . you desired outcome . . . . and you won’t become distracted by the roadblocks you encounter.

Know what your alternatives are . . . . and take the actions on them and move forward with confidence.

Follow your dreams to successful results  

You will meet two types of people when you are following our dreams.

The first is the negative dissenter . . . .

As you pursue your dreams the dissenter may not see what you see . . . . or understand the path you’re following on your success journey. This type of person . . . . will become critical of the path that you have chosen to follow. They will be critical of you and your efforts both in private and in public and will criticize a person to anyone that will listen.

There audience becomes smaller and smaller over time and people will avoid them when ever it’s possible.

This group of people is unhappy . . . . about their lives and will try to vent their frustrations on other people. When you encounter the dissenters you are best served to steer a wide path around them and minimize any contract with them,

The dissenter’s number one goal in their life is to see people fail and to be able to say I told you so.

Dare to risk public criticism . . . . to follow your dream and succeed.

The second type of person that we encounter is the person that will be there for you when you need them and . . . . they are there to support your efforts. They will push you when a push is needed and they will boost you when you need a lift.

They also will kick you in the butt to get you headed in the right direction.

The people are vastly difference and your association with them will mirror your progress on your success journey.

Dare to follow your dreams to successful results and . . . . associate with the people that will support you and your success journey.

Setbacks happen

Setbacks can happen at any time . . . .  They will happen without notice.  Setbacks are part of life and they happen when you’re sitting on the fence or when you’re growing as a person.

How you respond to a setback will make all the difference. You can allow a setback to knock off your course and disrupt your life and business.

Or we can view at a setback as what it is; just a temporary condition. The only time a setback become a lasting problem is when you permit it to become permanent condition is through inaction.

Stay in control of your circumstances and you control your success.

One of the secrets of success is to put a setback into prospective. Look at the setback as a temporary condition and determine how you can resolve it, adjust it the situation and move past the setback as quickly as possible.

Minimize any of the negitive effects of a temporary condition by proactively responding to the condition and by find the best way to resolve the condition. 

Setbacks happen . . . . Staying in control of your circumstances is one of the secrets of success.

When you need to adjust your course


As your travel the path of your success journey you will encounter things do not go as we planned. You will experience obstacles, setbacks or failure along the way. In those moments you will reach a point of choice. Do you succumb to the negative events of the moment or do you push the conditions and push forward?


In those moments that requires adjustments look for the alternative path to follow that will take your closer to your goals. Adjust your course but don’t abandon your success journey or the pursuit of your goals.

Resume your journey and focus on achieving your goals.

When you need to adjust your course, adjust it and resume your success journey and move forward with a purpose.

Identify the roadblock and look that the choices that are available to you to change the conditions.

Find the best way to go over, around, or through the roadblock.

Roadblocks are temporary conditions that we encounter on our success journey. They only become permanent when we fail to find and take action to change the conditions.

Find the best solution take massive action and move forward pass the roadblock.

When you hit a roadblock look at it a spring forward and remove as quickly as possible.

There is a major difference between achievers and the average person, the difference is how they view failure.


Achievers approach the negative experience of failure and look at the situation as a learning experience and fail forward. They look to turn the experience around and seek out successful solutions and the opportunities.


The achievers see the failure as a temporary condition and apply what they have learned to move them closer to their objective.


The average person looks at failure as permanent and focuses on the failure which doesn’t allow them to move forward.


No matter how challenging a problem is achievers find a way to overcome them fail forward and move on.
