Motivational Power Quote
Positive Change is Within Your Reach
“Have you
ever watched a fly bouncing off a window pane,
even with an open door a few away? Many times the fly
keeps crashing into the glass until it finally dies.
There are many companies in today’s world
doing exactly the same thing.
They continue down ‘today’s path’ wearing blinders
to the possibility of change… until they die.”
Mac Anderson, founder Simple Truths and Successories

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Positive change is within your reach
Change can be planned . . . . or change
can be reactive. Change can be positive . . . . or it change can be an negative
event
Change is inevitable . . . . and it
comes into our life without invitation and seems to happen when it least
expected.
Positive change is change that you make
the efforts to control . . . . and where you adjust to the conditions to find
the best solutions to the conditions. Positive change doesn’t mean that the change
will turn out 100% the way you want them to turn out. What is meant by positive
change is you stay in control of the process . . . .and make the best out of
the conditions that you’re facing.
Reactive change is when someone stands
on the sidelines . . . . with the attitude that they can’t do anything about
the conditions. We allow the change to occur without any efforts on our part to
control the outcome. That person will become overwhelmed by change . . . . and
take the course of least resistant’s and will settle for what life hands them.
When change comes into your life you can
look the other way . . . . and be in a state of denial. Or we can be proactive and try to lead the
change and make the best out of the conditions until we change them.
Letting change control you is like
hitting your head against the wall and the only thing that’s achieved is a
headache.
With positive change is not accepting
the status quo . . . . It’s doing everything in your power to remind in control
of the conditions and to change them for the better.
Positive change is within your reach when
you start to look past what always has been done and to look for new solutions.
