Stimulating communications . . . . draws
the other person into the communications . . . . and keeps them involved. The
person will not only be involved they will be listening and hearing to what’s
being said.
With stimulating communications it will
engage the other person . . . . and their interests. You will stimulate their
thinking and heighten their awareness.
In a business environment stimulating
communications . . . . will engage the customer and develop an understanding of
their needs and wants. It also creates insight to what is their motivating
factors are to do business with you.
You will also discover their hidden
objectives . . . . and have a far better understanding on how to overcome them.
Stimulating communications becomes a key
element in building trust and rapport with your customer. It also creates a pathway to establishing a
strong and productive business relationship with the customers.
