It’s The Best Job in the World

Motivational Power Quote

It’s The Best Job in the World
“Managing is getting paid for home runs someone else hits.”
Casey Stengel 1890 -1975, HOF baseball manager

As I see it. . . . . . . .

It’s the best job in the world

When a manger that takes pride in the people they manage and builds a foundation for them to grow and excel it will show in their performance. That manager will feel a sense of great satisfaction in the success of their team.

A great manager that can draw out the best from his team builds confidence in the team members and a winning attitude is developed by the team.

A manager motivates the team in the direction their goals and objectives and is there with a study hand to keep the team on purpose.

A great manager is their in the back ground letting the team stand in the spotlight of their success.

Being a great manager is the best job in the world.

Give it All You Have

Motivational Power Quote

Give it All You Have
“No great performance ever came from holding back.”
Don Greene, performance coach

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Give it all you have – and don’t hold anything back

Success doesn’t just happen, it’s not an accident it’s an on-purpose endeavor. Success isn’t a result of a half hearted effort; success is a result of giving it all you have.

Great success comes through giving a great performance; make every performance you give a masterpiece; give it all you have.

Make the commitment to be the best at what you do and following through on it with effort put you on the pathway to succeed.

We only go around once don’t hold back - give it all you have - and don’t hold anything back.

Why is Life Like a Broadway Play?

Motivational Power Quote

Why is Life Like a Broadway Play?
“Life is a play; it’s not its length,
but is performance that counts.”
Seneca

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Why is life like a Broadway play?

In life it can seem that you moving from one scene to another sometimes without making much sense.

One day you can find yourself in a drama and the next day you’re in a comedy.

When you go to see a play the idea is to enjoy the play, and the same goes for life your life is meant to be enjoyed.

When you attend a play you judge the performance of the actors. In life we will be judged by our performance and service to others.

Practice, drill and rehearse what you do and give the performance of your life. As you will be judged by the performance you give everyday.

As in a Broadway play you choose the play that you will see. In life you choose the type of play that your life will be. Because it’s your life you write the script  and can choose at anytime to rewrite the script and change the ending.

What Does Motivation and Bathing Have in Common?

Motivational Power Quote

What Does Motivation and Bathing Have in Common?
“People often say that motivation
doesn’t last.
Well neither does bathing –
that’s why we recommend daily.”
Zig Ziglar, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

What does motivation and bathing have in common?

The pessimist will say that motivation won’t last, well guess what bathing doesn’t last either, and should be done daily.

It’s highly recommended that we receive a healthy dose of motivation daily to keep us focused on moving in the right direction with passion.

Our motivations are the vitamins that keep our mind inspired with enthusiasm. Motivation keeps us at a high level of performance to achieve our desired outcome.

Without motivation we drift backwards and move further away from success with increased frustration.

When we’re not bathing daily you begin to smell, without motivation our attitude shrinks and we begin to stink. It’s best to have a daily habit of bathing and recharging your motivation.

Motivation is a driving force to focus us on our success journey.
