As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your image

You will be known by the company you keep . . . . and the company you keep with be a reflection of your professional image.

People will see you as a mirror image of the company you keep . . . . and they will judge you by those associations. Based on your image people will make a decision if they want to be associated with you . . . . or do business with you.

Many times those decisions are made without your input . . . . they are making the decision based on your public image.

How people see you either will either become the calling card that opens the doors to more productive relationships. Or your public image will become an obstacle in blocking relationships and in doing business with a person. 

Pick your associations with care as people will judge you by the company you keep.  Let the people that you associate with be a reflection of your personal values . . . . and the type of person that you want to be.

Associate with people that will bring out the best in you . . . . and will stretch you to become the best that you can be.

To protect your image and your reputation, it’s far better to stand alone then to be in bad company. In time you will be known by the company you keep.

Character is not about other people; character is about us, who we are and making principle base decisions.

When a time arises that a person with character is asked to make a decision that would offer them personal gain, and the decision opposes their personal values, they will make their decision based on their personal values, not personal gain, and will walk away.

A person’s character becomes their calling card and we will be judged by our character.

Rely on your character and your values to lead the way.

Be a person of principle and stand like a rock.

Our principles become our guiding light. Principles are internal and expressed externally through our actions.

One’s principles are a matter of choice.

A person who has a foundation of strong moral principles will be seen as a person with character. Unsound principles is like standing on quicksand, we will not have solid footing and will eventually sink.

Our principles are the way we see our world and will be reflected in the type of decisions we make.

Principles are personal and business codes of conduct; it’s our moral compass and can be measured.

Stand like a rock through the storms of life, and when the storm passes you will be standing as a person of principle.
