As I see it. . . . . . . .
Gaining trust
Trust can not be rushed; it takes time and effort to nurture and gain a persons trust.
We earn a persons trust one at the time by meeting and exceeding their expectations. As we continued to exceed a person’s expectations we build a bond with that person.
Once a person feels that they can count on us the bond becomes stronger and it becomes a bond of trust.
We can’t rush the bond of trust it natured over time.
Gaining trust is an on purpose activity of starting with the end in mind.
