Committing to personal excellence is the commitment to strive to get better everyday and to doing things a little better then we have done them in the past.

Striving for excellence in the things we do will not always be able to be measured by large gains. Excellence can be measured by continued incremental improvement. Much of that improvement comes without fanfare and happens in private.

Excellence is not an overnight thing; it’s the result of steady personal growth.
