You don’t grow old in years . . . . You grow old in your thinking by shutting off the flow of new ideas . . . . and drifting into the world of self-doubts and the questioning of your ability.

Keep your thoughts positive and your mind open to new ideas . . . . and to keep the new possibilities flowing. And you’re mind will remain young and receptive . . . . and shut off any self-doubts.  With a positive outlook you’ll step into the future with a high degree of self-confidence.

When you believe in yourself, in your abilities . . . . and have faith in yourself and in your actions you will keep your mind active and young.
