If you’re coasting, you’ll run out of steam.

When you’re coasting not only are you losing momentum, but over time you will lose all your momentum and run out of steam.

The only direction that coasting will take you is down hill until you come to a complete stop.

Coasting will move you farther away from your goals and increase the distance between success and failure.
Stay in the no coasting zone, and put your peddle to the metal and accelerate your success.
