As a business professional you will be

customers. Your service will have a lasting impact on your customers and
influence the way the customers will see you now and in the future.
The customers will indentify you by the
quality of the professional services that you provide to them.
Doing things poorly will normally
results in a disaster. As a result there will be no lasting positive

disaster can very likely be on a fast track to legal actions.
